Wanted to update my previous review. I brought them on vacation. They are so versatile. I wore them one night with a cute sundress to dinner. Walked 3 miles around North Captiva Island in them. I know some people complained about the arch support. I must not need much support because my feet were fine. Went into the water with them. Rinsed them off and less than an hour they were dry. Might have been sooner but I wasn't paying attention. I will be ordering another pair.

I bought these for a beach trip to an area with rocky beaches. Overall, these shoes were great! The soles were well cushioned, the shoes were cute enough for everyday wear, and they dried very quickly. I received a lot of compliments on these shoes and no one could tell they were specifically water shoes. The two drawbacks - the sizing and the slingback.The toe box on the shoes is very low, and I had to size up from my usual 10 to an 11. There were still times when I felt my toes wee being squeezed flat, although the neoprene does have some stretch. I would encourage the manufacturer to make the toe box a little roomier/higher. The second drawback was the slingback on beaches with a lot of gravel, because the shoe filled up with rocks. The style is incredibly cute and I'm happy I had them, but the style with the full back would be better for gravel beaches.

Tried two different sizes and both were not comfortable right out of the box because the back strap dug into my heel so bad that I did not want to keep them. I knew they would give me blisters if I wore them and walked in them for any amount of time. Additionally, they were flat with no arch support.

After reading reviews I bought the 9 (normally I wear 8 or 8 1/2) and these fit fine. Very cute, very comfortable. Feel to me a lot like Toms (which I wear in size 8) that always work well for me even though they have no padding or support. I wore them on a long walk yesterday and they felt great. Excited to use them on my next vacation where it will be the rainy season. If you like the fit of Toms you will enjoy this shoe. If you want a padded insole they are probably not your shoe.

These shoes are so practical and pretty cute, but unfortunately there are not half sizes (I usually wear 8.5) and there is a huge difference from 8 to 9, so the 8 felt too tight but the 9 was too long and wide. Also, the front portion looked a bit oddly long on my foot when wearing, though the benefits of being waterproof and comfortable outweighs that for me. If they fit, I definitely would’ve kept them and worn them a lot. The elastic straps are very comfortable and there are no tags or other places that rub.

I usually wear an 8 or 8 1/2 sized shoe. A size 9 fit perfectly.

I bought these to to wear on beach vacations and whenI go to the pool during the summer. Such a better look than rubber flip flops! They are exactly what I hoped they would be! Realize these are not a walking shoe. Love the fit of the neoprene.

Travel and Leisure magazine did an article on this brand. I was intrigued and had to have a pair. So glad I did. I love these shoes. I am a 6 1/2 but it was recommended to purchase a 1/2 size up which I did. They fit perfect and are so cute. Love that the slingback does not slide off. I haven't worn them yet in the water but I have worn them everyday running around and to dinner. I will be purchasing another pair.

These espadrilles are so cute - true to size and comfortable. However, there is no arch support. It feels like walking barefoot. I need more support than these offer, so I will be returning them. Thank you, Zappos.

Very, very cute shoes. The upper is soft and smooth. This shoe is best suited for a 'low-volume' foot.

Super cute, comfy (except there’s no arch at all), can’t wait to wear them to the beach! They do run small, which almost never holds true for me. I’m a 10, no matter what, EXCEPT for these! 11 fits perfectly, doesn’t look like any more like clown shoes than my normal size. (You know how that is, when you try on the bigger size and the seem like your dad’s shoes?!)

Really like this shoe. It’s comfortable and stylish. My foot runs narrow so if you have a wide foot beware. Very pleased with this purchase.

Super cute shoes!! I purchased my usual size 7 in the denim with white embroidery. I like how the look on my feet. While the length and width (I lean towards narrow) felt spot on, the elastic heel strap felt tight. I do understand if you were wearing these in the water that is what you would want!! But for me they were uncomfortably tight. I have exchanged for an 8 and they should be here today!! Hoping they work. Also, I do have concerns about the rubber sole being hot on the bottom of my feet....I live in Arizona where we "bake" on the sidewalks!!..it's a risk I'm willing to take for these cute, comfy shoes!

I was skeptical about these water shoes but I’m so glad I bought them. They are so comfortable and stylish. I have a somewhat narrow foot and was concerned these would be too wide. They were not. In fact, they fit perfect! I typically wear either a 7 1/2 or 8. I ordered the 8. Absolutely love them!!!

I LOVE these shows. I love the denim and the white stitching ! They are so comfortable--I wear them with shorts, bathing suits , and shift dresses!!

One thing you should know if you plan to buy the denim color: a tag attached to the shoe notes that the indigo dye could stain light clothing. I wear an 8.5 or a 9, and in this slingback water shoe, the 9 is the better choice, as it gives me adequate room in the toe box, and my heel isn't hanging over the edge. The strap is a little stiff and rough, so I'll either wear a bandaid until it softens or put something inside the strap to cushion my heel. There is NO arch support. The shoe is attractive for everyday casual wear, although close inspection won't fool anyone into thinking it's a real espadrille. I won't be wearing this *in* the water -- I bought it because I've always liked espadrilles, and I want something I won't have to worry about on rainy days. Because I don't envision having a wet shoe, I plan to put some sort of arch support in it.

Overall good, not excellent because not great support or comfort. I bought the blue embroidered pair in an 8. I normally wear a 7 1/2.. My feet are different sizes so it's always a struggle to find shoes that fit great. The 8 fit great on my smaller foot but was snug on the larger foot. I live in S. Florida and my feet tend to swell, especially in the evening. I did not have an issue when I walked the dog during the day but by the evening I needed to remove them because my larger foot was just too uncomfortable, not painful and no blisters, just uncomfortable. For the price I was expecting more. I am keeping them. Would only buy again if they improved the comfort.

My normal shoe size is 6 1/2. These are a 6 and fit perfectly. I’m happy I did not jump to a 7. They are comfy, and cute as a bugs ear.

Fit true to size and comfortable right out of the box (bag) They are very cute and I don't think they read as waterproof or water shoes. I like that the soles feel springy and I think they will be quite comfortable to walk in. The only thing I don't like, is that the soles, being rubber, are like wearing flip-flops but without the ventilation of the flipping and flopping. So they do make the soles of my feet sweat a bit.

These shoes are amazing! Very comfortable on my feet, and also my knees and back. I knew they were cute, but am surprised by the comfort! Will order from this company again.

Perfect for narrow feet! Comfy material.

I really liked the 1st pair I ordered in navy so decided to get them in black and white as well. Unfortunately the white is a denim material, unlike the black and navy, and it is just too tight on my foot compared to the other colors which are made with a different stretchier material. My foot is just too wide for the white denim so sadly will have to return the white ones.

Have these in both denim and white. I wash then in the regular laundry and they look like new. Cute enough to wear to the beach but also with shorts or pants.
