Be careful when you consider buying this bag. The description states that it is twelve inches high and twelve inches across. But it isn't. The bag is huge. The bottom is seventeen inches across and the from that bottom you can pull down three inches more of bag which makes the height fifteen inches. So instead of a medium large tote there's this huge bag which is seventeen by fifteen. Needless to say I am disappointed and the bag is going back.

I love this tote bag. Perfect size. Classic. Elegant. I loved it so much I own in 5 different colors. This tote is lightweight and has an outside zipper pocket as well as an inside zipper pocket. The grey is a rich color that reminds me of a silver grey. Great price too. And the handles are long enough to fit under the arm or over a suitcase. This is not a structured bag. It is a classic tote bag.

I wrote.a review previously saying this did not have a smart sleeve as it advertised but Lo and behold it does - it is just so cleverly designed that it is hard to find unless you are looking for it as it is in the seem at the bottom and not clearly visible which is nice but also tricky to see.

This is an attractive, simple, basic bag that is well-made and could serve a variety of tote bag uses. Unfortunately, despite measuring carefully and thinking about what I needed it for, I found it a little too small. I wanted to use it in New York City for a rolled up sweater, extra pair of light shoes, and a water bottle, as well as my purse items. It would have been a little too tight, I think.

I bought this tote specifically because the description indicated that it would have a smart sleeve to go over the handle of my luggage but it DOES NOT have this feature. I am returning the product after one use where the bag falls off the carry on because there is no sleeve and the carry on is mushy and does not support the weight of the tote
