I have to agree with other reviewers that these shoes do run a full size small. I normally wear a US 9, which can be listed on size charts as either an EU 39 or 40. I always go with the 40, and it hasn’t failed me until this shoe. I ended up with the EU size 41! The Free People chart lists that as a US 11! Technically, I could get my foot into the 40, but it was snug and my toe was touching the end of the shoe. That said, the shoe is stylish and unique. It seems well made and the leather is not stiff.

Had to order a whole size larger in this shoe than I did in other styles of same manufacturer. But love it and fits great and looks great on feet! My husband loves them too!

I am typically a 6.5 in almost all shoes and the 7 fit perfectly! Very comfortably and stylish.

Beautiful shoe. Leather was tight when I first put them on, but after trying on a second time they felt great. No break in time, no blisters. Definitely order a whole size larger than normal. I am a 40 in other free people shoes and had to order a 41.

I usually wear 8.5 and I ordered sz 39. They were snug but comfortable and I'm sure they would have stretched a bit to be perfect. They were well made and lovely. I just ended up not loving the style on ME, so I returned them for another style.

Too small. Must return. I usually wear a 38 or 39 in Free People shoes, with an 8 or 8 1/2 in US sizes. . I ordered a 39 - which is listed as a 9. I should have listened to reviews but I couldn’t imagine needing a 40 (marked as size 10). These shoes a very pretty and unique but the sizing is waaaaay off. Come on, Free People - get the sizing right. FP shoes aren’t cheap!

Beautiful shoe. It fit if I left the zipper un-zipped, but that kind of defeats the purpose. I bought the natural color, but it's actually a yellow color which doesn't go with my clothing - alas. I'm returning for the khaki or the black. So, overall the shoe was too small and a different color than I expected, but I still love the shoe so I'm going to try again. I have a couple pairs of Free People shoes and love them for their mix of style and fit.

Soft leather, the pointy toe made my foot look too long. Attractive shoe for small feet

I'm a true 6.5 (usually wearing 6.5-7, depending on brand) and I got these in a 37 in the khaki. The fit was perfect, and I really wanted to love them because they look like elf shoes! But something about the pointed toe and side cutouts makes my flat foot look particularly long and flat unless viewed from directly above. I also found them hard to style. Wish they had a slightly higher heel.

Bought these based on style and reviews price ... ordered 39 (8.5 in sandals ). These were short and tight. Unflattering on my flat feet. Returning. Too pointy & toes were jammed.
