I love this bag although the hardware looks cheap, it now makes a squeaking noise of sorts when I’m walking. Not so happy with it anymore.

I always wear big bags which include the LV neverfull GM, so a bag this small was new to me. This bag is perfect and just right for my wallet, keys and small personal items. I get a lot of compliments on this bag and it’s perfect for the summer. Highly recommend this bag, I am thinking of getting another one.

This is definitely a lightweight stunning piece. One quality that I especially admire is the design of the strap. It is beautifully offset with the gold rings. The length is adjustable and the width is comfortable for all-day use. The leather that composes the body of the bag is very soft. The bag itself goes with anything I wear. Personally, I think it matches very well with jeans. The size and features are perfectly functional. The bag has enough room for all my essentials and has two zipper compartments that allow me to keep all my things neatly organized. A feature that I have found useful is the card slot inside; I don't have to carry around a bulky wallet. I highly recommend this wonderful bag!

One of the features I love most about this bag is the quality of leather. When I opened the box and felt it in my hands this is a great bag. The bag is sturdy and will last a long time. I also really love the long adjustable strap. However, I wish that there was a magnetic close with the pocket on the back of the purse. And you need to be mindful of the size of your wallet. Mine is about the same size as the purse and it's very difficult to get my purse in and out. I wish the purse was a tad longer. Overall I really love the design of the bag. And I would definitely recommend this bag. I've gotten a ton of compliments.

Surprisingly roomy for a mini bag! Almost like a retro camera bag in structure, two top zips reveal ample room in two separate compartments (including slots for cards on one side). Bold hardware makes it feel a bit edgier. Love this crossbody silhouette - makes it super versatile and useable for everyday. I've been wanting an "inbetween bag" something smaller than a tote, but larger than an evening purse that will hold all my everyday essentials - I think i just found my match!

It is lightweight, the straps are wide so it doesnt hurt my shoulders and the size is perfect to carry all my essentials! Love this bag!

The Softshot 21 is the perfect size! Big enough to hold my phone, small wallet and necessities and it's not bulky. The credit card holders in the interior are very convenient when I don't want to bring my wallet. The two zipper compartments zip in opposite directions - with beautiful zipper tassels. The Softshot wears so comfortably, even over my puffy winter coat. The leather is very soft and supple. I love the simple, gold hardware detailing on the strap - it adds character and interest. Overall- great bag which may become my everyday go-to bag!

I love this bag! It has quickly become one of my favorite Marc Jacobs bags. I love the details! The leather is extremely soft and more supple than the Snapshot bag leather. I love the strap and the the gold ring detail. It really elevates the bag. You can adjust it to create the perfect length. The strap can also be removed so you can carry it as a clutch. The 2 zipper detail is a really cool feature which adds to the overall look of the bag. All of the hardware has Marc Jacobs stamped on it providing an additional detail. It's extremely lightweight and comfortable to wear which makes it great for all day use! I have been carrying it everyday and have received a ton of compliments. I would purchase this bag in another color or the larger size Softshot 27.

This is one of my lightest MJ bags. It might look small but it holds a lot ! It also fits in a small book bag so it's great for flights. 10/10

There's nothing like a bag that wins you compliments - and is functional. Whether it was shopping during holiday season, going to holiday parties, or just meeting up with friends, this bag has space for all the necessary items (cell phone, wallet, keys, etc.) while still leaving room for envy from strangers. I can't count how many times someone stopped to ask about this bag. Even though fashion seems filled with logo mania these days, what's great about it is that the style is simple with elegant touches to the hardware to make it surpass all trends. The soft but sturdy leather also helps withstand changing weather: For trips around town or for an accessory that adds a little extra polish to a cute outfit, highly recommend the Softshot 21!

"THE SOFTSHOT 21" is a bag that can be used widely from casual to elegance. This bag is made of soft, high quality leather, so it's easy to put items in and out. Moreover, there're double compartments, so it is very convenient to organize luggage. Place makeup items on one side and wallet, iPhone, earphone key...on the other side. It may look small at first, but the storage capacity is outstanding. Perfect size !!! It fits everything. Even long wallet can fit, too. There's one pocket on back, so it is very convenient to put tickets and changes. I like straps with D ring decoration but, they sells variety of cute webbing straps, so I'd like to change the straps and enjoy various styles. Overall very useful bag and I highly recommend.

I love the features of this bag. I'm a huge fan of crossbody bags, and this one is comfortable on my shoulder. The 2 separate zip pockets keep me organized. The black leather is soft and beautiful, and the gold accents make this bag chic for everyday use and dressy enough for a night out. I only wish the outside pocket was a little bigger to hold my phone. I have been using this bag everyday since I got it. < 3

This bag has two separate compartments with plenty of room for your essentials. The zippers open in opposite directions so you dont even need to look down to know what side youre opening. The leather feels very high quality and the strap is the perfect length. You can definitely bring this out to a fancy dinner or just as easily use it when youre in sweats. Definitely my new favorite bag! There is a small inside pocket (no zipper) and a small outside pocket (no zipper). You can easily fit your cards or tickets in either of these.

The size is perfect, small but not too small. It fits everything I need. The design is simple but not too simple so it's easy to mix and match with clothes and shoes. I also like that there're two compartments, good for organizing. The leather is soft which makes me feel good when I touch it. The double zip is the part that makes me a bit confused since their close positions are opposite sides. But in short I love it.

The Softshot 21 is a perfect all day long bag. The bag itself is soft and the leather is plush, but the lightly structured bottom makes it easy to keep organized and makes it stay right side up when you set it down and open it. It also feels substantial, but it isn't heavy, which makes carrying it around for long stretches at a time really easy and comfortable. The bag has 2 zippered openings that open and close easily. One opening has an additional small side pouch and the bag has an additional pouch on the outside. The smaller size of the bag is deceptive because I could fit a ton in there with room to spare: iphone, massive wallet, keys, make up, tissues, and pens. The strap adjusts easily. I wore it cross body, and it felt great. I also love the metal logo that Marc Jacobs is using instead of just writing "Marc Jacobs" on the side of the bag. It makes the bag look way higher end than the price point. I have had multiple people comment on the bag when I am wearing it asking where I got it. I think it is best as an every day bag, but you could definitely day to night this bag as well. It looks modern, but it would go with almost anything. Overall a great bag that is highly useful!

This bag may look small but it can fit so much with some space to spare: sunglasses case, wallet, 2 mobile phones, lip balm and keys which are the essentials that I carry with me all the time. I like the thick strap which makes the bag comfortable to carry. One thing though is that there is a tendency for the metal loop at the end of the strap to catch my sweater as there is this piece of metal that sticks out which is used to open the loop so that the strap can be removed.

Simple design and nice size. The leather is soft so easy to take things in and out. I highly recommend it!

The Soft Shot 21 is the perfect size for going out or running around town. The added bonus is the credit card slots inside, no more chunky wallet to lug around! Beautiful quality and classic style! Love! Love!

I love the soft leather of this bag. It is also a very light weight bag. Definitely my new to go bag that fits all my necessities.

This softshot bag is an immediate favorite. I absolutely love the soft leather and how surprisingly spacious it is! It's big enough to fit all the essentials with some extra space as well without ever looking bulky. The gold hardware looks amazing against the black leather. The only thing I don't love is that the strap is barely able to adjust in length and is still pretty long once it's adjusted to the shortest setting, however that issue can easily be solved by getting one of Marc Jacobs' fabulous straps that are sold separately. Overall it's a great bag and an instant classic that goes well with everything, wether you want to dress up or dress down.
