This particular Nike model (Max Oketo) is comfortable right out of the box. Although they are not court shoes, I plan to wear them for tennis as I hate clunky tennis shoes. These are light and I can easily move around in them. I know I won't be tripping over my own feet!

We chose the Plum Chalk/Plum Dust color for my 11 year old and they fit true to size. The color was perfect - she's not a "girly girl" but did like the plum color. Even with the light color, they don't seem to get too dirty, and she's an active girl. These are super comfortable--trust me, she wouldn't wear them at all if they weren't. Definitely recommend.

my favorite sneaks are nike air & i buy from zappos for future use whenever i find a pair i like on sale. my last buy was a pair of nike air max axis last year. when i finally got around to wearing them last month, i found them to be horribly uncomfortable - the pressure on my toes was very, very painful. i tried & tried to stretch them but to no avail, i just can't bear wearing them & alas, my window of opportunity for returning them has closed. my current sneakers are in tatters so i had to find a replacement fast. so glad i found these! really comfy right out of the box, no stretching required. my toes are breathing a sigh of relief. i just wish the material on the top was a little thicker against winter cold but that's my only quibble. i'm ordering a second pair for future use b/c they're on sale. love these sneaks!

First of all, I didn’t expect to see to toes while wearing the shoe. The insole is flat and not removable. The Air Max had its standard cushioning. That was comfortable but the shoe seemed slightly narrow. I didn’t try on the right shoe. Will be returning.

I returned these because they need more cushion and the foot bed felt odd. I thought "Nike Air" meant cushion. The tongue had a seam in it that rubbed the top of my high arch. The shiny, bright red color made them look cheap. I'm 68 and need the perfect shoe.

Overall it is a good shoe, however... this is thinner and lighter than my prior shoe, Nike's Womens Air Max Torch. I chose the Nike Air Max Oketo because I do more walking than running. It is form fitting and runs about a half size small. I have a naturally thin foot so typically I have plenty of extra length with the laces, but these I barely have enough to tie them. This shoe also has thin treads. It works for me as I will use these for around the house and walking the dog. I would suggest spending a bit more and getting a different, more rugged shoe if you are on your feet most of the day.

Very comfortable shoe, even from the first time I wore them. Great purchase. The only issue is that the shoes came in an unmarked cardboard box with the message inside, "This item has been repackaged in recyclable, frustration-free packaging because the original box was damaged in transit." There is no Nike box or Zappos box, so it's unclear if these shoes are brand new or were returned at some point. They do not appear to be worn. It would be nice to have the original box however, or some message from Zappos to confirm there were no issues with the order.

I got these for my 16 year old daughter and she loves them! She said they feel completely broken in and great from the ge-tgo! She's using them daily for running, workouts and as every day shoes.

these are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of shoes i've ever worn. i wear nike air exclusively & some of the other models require stretching before they can be worn but these are amazing. i had just bought two white pairs when i saw that they were offering them in bright red & since i've always wanted a bright red pair of sneakers, i had to order them. love them.

Remarkably comfortable shoes. I use Superfeet insoles for arch support since it didn't have much. They are lightweight, cool for the summer, lots of cushion, and not at all bulky so I can wear with summer dresses.

Fits fairly snug so if you are gonna guess on size, go up a half size. Very lightweight. Very attractive. If price is right, snag a pair.

It fits perfectly. The red is a little on the red/orange side, but other than that, it’s a good-looking shoe.

The fit and size ate are true. Being the name of the shoe Air Max I thought the shoe was going to be really cushioning, but completely opposite. Air Max means it feels like you don't have the shoe on. They are super light.

ive bought many pairs of the nike tajun in size 7. my all time favorites as a dog walker. they dont have those in stock so i bought these. horrible mistake and returning immediately. these felt a full size too small and my small and narrow feet could barely walk in them. they are so narrow and tight and they make my feet roll in. i get shoes being a little tight at first but this wasnt just all around bad. sending back TODAY.

These are THE most uncomfortable Nike’s ever. The second I put them in and stood up. The soles are hard and instantly uncomfortable on the balls of foot. Will be returning. If I could give a negative star fir comfort I would. But thank you Zappos for making returns so easy.
