Can I tell you how much my husband love these shoes! As he wear them out, he just repurchases the same pairs and colors. He is a size 14 with plantar fasciitis and swears by these as all day work wear!

Getting these shoes on my feet was an adventure. I own three prior pairs of Sketchers shoes and love them all. The design of this shoe as a slip-on makes it a first in my disapproval of their line of slip on shoes that look like they are lace-up. Even with a shoe horn, the tongue collapsed and the heel collapsed when I put them on. After breaking a sweat getting everything in place, I had to go through the same gyrations with the second shoe. Not my idea of a comfortable way to wear shoes that looked like they were tie shoes - I guess the alternative is to grease your socks. I returned the item and ordered replacements from another manufacturer instead.

Disregard the Ratings at the top and the Size, Width and Support answers. Can't send in my rating without filling in those spaces. I cannot completely rate these shoes. The problem is the fixed laces and side straps holding down the tongue. They do not allow enough of an opening to get my foot into the shoe. I originally odered size 13, didn't work and now a 14 same thing.. They're good looking and well made. But if you have a high instep, as I do, these fixed lace shoes are not for you. Sending them back tomorrow.

I hope Sketchers keeps making the Status. It's an incredibly comfortable shoe. It's obvious the target market is older men, but these are just stylish enough to wear in a casual dress office. I compared these to Allbirds, and I found the Sketchers Status to be much more durable and comfortable than Allbirds. Sketchers have had an odd ride these past 28 years. They have gone from making cross trainers to skateboarding sneakers to walkers for elderly buyers and now they are somewhat cool again with these woven oxford style sneakers with memory foam insoles. I think Sketchers have found their niche as this is my first pair. Solid style, extreme comfort, just stylish enough for a casual workplace.

Received the shoes within 2 days of ordering. I've been wearing them for only 1 day and have received 3 compliments on how they look!! They feel just as good!! This is my 2nd pair of Sketcher "work shoes" and they're killing it with style and comfort. Highly recommended! The only item I was surprised at is that the shoes don't need to be laced...it's more of a slip on.

Weird laces! They are elastic and don't tie, so these shoes are like slip ons. I like to cinch up my laces, and these shoes feel floppy to me. I like Sketchers comfort and quality, but not these laces. Easy enough to fix with normal laces - just adds a few bucks.

I have a very narrow foot and thought I would try these shoes even though they didn't offer a narrow width. Alas, they are just too big and have not good way to adjust. I read a lot about Skechers and wanted them to fit somehow. :-(

These were for my husband. He said they were VERY comfortable and he was very pleased.

Very comfortable. Great everyday knock-about slip-ons. The laces do not tie nor adjust so while tight enough, don't go larger than you need and if you straddle a size, go 1/2 smaller. Its a strange color but I dig the "hip Dad" style so it works well for me (my kid isn't so sure but she was puked on by a rainbow, so clearly I'm good).

Purchased these for my husband as an alternative to old style sneakers. He loves the look and comfort. Such a nice upgrade to his wardrobe. The material appears more high end than the actual cost.

These were a great buy for my partner, we were on vacation and these came in handy as there was a lot of walking involved considering buying a second pair! These so run big he normally wears a 10.5 and a 9.5 fit perfectly

I bought these for my husband and he loves them. The style is beautiful and he says they feel like slippers. Extremely comfortable.

Usually Skechers run true to size but these were a half size too large. Very stylish and comfortable otherwise.

They looked different than in the photo. The sole was thicker and the overall size of the shoe - height & width were bigger than I had thought they would be. They felt bulky and not as comfortable as I had thought they would. Also not as flexible as I would like. I have never owned a pair of Sketchers and still don't. One positive is that for someone who likes them, the price is reasonable.

Nice design, poor execution. Where to start? The shoes are easily 1/2 size too large, all in the length, but on the narrow side compared to other Skechers. The whole slip-on idea is completely bungled, start to finish. The tongue is sewn to two elastic straps inside the shoe, presumably to provide the slip-on semi secure fit, but it doesn't. It does, however, get in the way when putting on the shoes. Then the elastic laces, instead of using an adjustment keeper like many running shoes do, is simply sewn to the to the of the tongue, making them non-adjustable and totally useless, especially since they're also way too long. The laces are fixable by simply cutting them from the tongue and installing a keeper from an old pair of Lock Laces or similar and tightening them up appropriately, but why would I want to do that? Skechers tries to make slip-ons in the worst way, but unfortunately that's exactly how they always turn out - the worst way. Save your money on these and buy traditional lace model shoes and a pair of Lock Laces if you want the added convenience.
