Where do I start? I’ve got a dark tan complexion and have been trying to find a shoe that was closer to my skin tone (traditional beige and nude shoes are just too light)-these shoes are the perfect color! I’ve got bad knees but desperately want to wear high heels-these shoes are a pump but the heel height is perfect for the joints. I’ve had bunion surgery on both feet but still suffer from feet pain, these shoes fit perfectly! My scars are covered and my toes have just the right amount of room. They are a little pricey for me, but they are exactly what I’ve been trying to find for so long, that I am taking the plunge! Y’all don’t tell my husband!

I dislike European sizing. In US sizes I wear a 9 or, more often, and especially in a dress shoe, 9.5. So a European 40 is often too small and a 41 is always too big. However these Eccos in size 40 are a perfect fit, hooray. I wanted a “nude” (for my light skin tone), closed heel, closed toe shoe, rounded toe dress shoe with a no more than 2 inch heel. These fit all my requirements. They are not exciting looking but are a classic look, seem to be well made, are very comfortable, and I am very pleased with my purchase. As always, Zappos’s customer service is top drawer.

I loved these shoes; color,heel and height are fantastic. However, they run very large, probably a full size. Had to return.

38 was big, 37 was small. The wide toe box would make them comfy, had they fitted.

As soon as I put on this shoe, it was very comfortable and very pretty. I love the rubber sole, so it does not "click" when you walk. My feet did get a bit tired and sore after two days of continuous wearing@

Ecco runs little short do I ordered 42 instead. Perfect dress shoe. Extremely comfort with a little heel. Can’t handle high heels anymore.

Timeless , no-nonsense shoe

A well-made comfortable shoe. Unfortunately the toe box was a little too small for my feet and the top of the shoe cut into my foot too much.

Based on the other reviews, I was expecting these to be more comfortable. Cute and stylish - but, I would not say comfortable.

Very pretty shoe, lovely beige neutral color but returned due to rubbing in the forefront near my big toe joint.

My regular size is 7 and 7-7.5 fits but leather is not soft making it uncomfortable.

I have big toe arthritis and look for a good basic work shoe that is comfortable. It hit wrong on the top of my foot and was uncomfortable. I had my daughter (same size foot) try on and she also felt it was uncomfortable across the top of the foot. Too Tight. Otherwise, it was a nice, basic work shoe. Depending on your foot, it is worth a try. Unfortunately, its going back for me.

the 38 was much too small and the 39 was much too big. I am sorry, I really liked the quality and the type of heel.

Not only toe pinchers, but overall foot pinchers. There's really not much else to say, they didn't even make it to my walking around the house in them.

I am really surprised at how totally uncomfortable this shoe was. The leather hard as rock and the back of the shoe slipped off -- too heavy. I have had Ecco shoes before, but this is a total FAILURE. I'm really tired of trying to find pumps that are comfortable to wear !
