North Face Truxel Mid is a really cool looking shoe, made very well and comfortable. Purchased these shoes because I am recovering from foot/ankle surgery and was looking for a shoe that would give me additional support when I walked/hiked. Returned this shoe only because it was not comfortable on my ankle bone, any shoe that wraps around my ankle will be uncomfortable. Was truly hoping this shoe would work for me. There is nothing but positive about this shoe and once healed I will look to try it again. Thank you Zappos for being such an easy company to work with, returns are beyond simple. Good shoe, would highly recommend this shoe to anyone.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Colorado from Chicago and I found the perfect shoe for his birthday/our new hiking adventures! These are so stylish and different which are perfect for those who dont like the typical hiking boots. Sweet find!

I've just received the shoes and it looks pretty awesome, but unfortunately I felt the shoes half size bigger I usually wear 8.5, I asked the customer service to help me to find the perfect size, but I will return it tomorrow in order to wait the other pair!
