I usually wear 8.5 US size. However, the Jeffery West shoes on Zappos usually only listed full sizes. So, I bought two pair (different styles) that I liked, this one in size 8 US and the other in size 9 US. The size 9 was too large; however the size 8 was perfect. So, if you are in the half range size for Jeffry West, I recommend getting the half size smaller. These shoes are well crafted with a cloth, silk-like lining. The leather is not too thick, which means they are immediately comfortable with little break in time. I purchased these in the dark brown color, and and they are indeed true to color. The highlighted stop light colors around the eyelets are subtle and do not take away from the rest of the boot. These are long. They will stretch out beyond your toes a good inch to inch and a half. Curiously, Jeffery West supplies very long shoe laces with these shoes. This is a three eyelet Chukka style boot, but the laces measure 31 inches long, leaving a lot of lace flopping around. So Be prepared to buy new laces. Other than the laces, I love the boots. Wear them at work in business casual, and jeans in the evening.
