Haven't used it yet but it doesn't look like it will fit under most seats.

This item was advertised to have a "laptop sleeve" and I thought it was exactly what I wanted. I have been asked even in the "TSA pre-check" lane to remove my laptop, so a separate sleeve would be ideal. It turns out the sleeve is maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch too narrow. A tablet would fit. My laptop does fit, but in the main compartment. A true laptop size sleeve would have gotten the product 5 stars from me.

This is a great bag when you are packing lightly. It is great for an overnight trip or if you need some inspiration to pack less on your trip. This bag has three exterior pockets to help with organization. It also includes a nice insert bag with a hanger that has a plastic enclosure on one side and netting on the other. I ended up removing this piece and using my travel cosmetic bag with a hanger. It is cute and convenient, but watch out for the "just in case" items you might want to add at the last minute such as an extra pair of shoes. This bag helps me pack a bit more efficiently. My bag is lightly used, but the durability is great so far!

Well made. Handy if you don't want to carry a backpack. Can't say it's better than a backpack otherwise. My husband kept tripping over it as I rolled it through the airport. I don't believe it actually fits under a seat. Buy only if you can't handle a backpack.

The odor from unpacking was not acceptable. I used activated charcoal and baking soda for about 5 days to remove most of the manufacturing odor. The capacity is smaller than expected, but I'm still trying to incorporate this piece of luggage into my needs. I am having difficulty using the telescoping handle. It will not lock at any location except the longest position (intermediate positions do not work). I love the idea of this bag but not sure it's a keeper because of the volume capability.

I love the concept of a separate roller bag that could slide over the handle of a slightly larger bag and still qualify as a personal item that could fit under an airplane seat. However, it is very difficult to get this bag to fit over the handle of my Travelpro carryon. (I think it is a Max Lite with a leather handle, a few years old). I can do it, but it is a struggle, not something I want to be doing quickly. A slightly larger sleeve would make all the difference. I gather Travelpro did not test it with older luggage.

Still ok for under seat storage but I think I will get my 25 year old travel pro repaired. It's better then this model.

It's a nice bag but for my needs too much padding not enough storage space.

It is actually a little heavier than I expected and fit under my seat the first flight, but did not on my second flight. It depends on how much clothes you put in I guess. I also found it slipped and didn't stay steady on top of my other wheel aboard carry-on even though I used the built-in sleeve on the Maxlite carry on. I probably will only use it if I plan to not have another carry-on piece and am traveling extremely light.

I tried to make it work but it is just too small to fit much. I am disappointed in my purchase. It is pretty and light weight and would be great if you only have a small amount to put in it.

When I bought new luggage in 2021 I went with Travelpro because of all the great reviews. While I love my 22" and 25"" bags I'm not so happy with this one. While it holds everything I need it to I can't really fit it under the seat in front of me. Even on an American preferred economy seat, it won't fit. And on Southwest it will only fit under a middle seat on a newer plane if I really push hard. What is the point if that. I even a domestic first class flight on American and had to put it overhead. This all makes traveling with it much more difficult. My old tote bag held as much and worked much better. Sorry, Travelpro, you need to either stop advertising this as an underseat bag or redesign it.

It fits under the seat! Wish the interior was more functional. It does not hold much at all.

It is a nice bag. My disappointment came after I had packed my clothing, when it came time to put the pull out personal bag with shampoo, conditioner and such into the bag there was nowhere for it to fit. It was necessary to attach a small essentials bag to the outside of the case for those items. I had only packed clothing for a one day change of clothes.

Quality construction and materials, but the handle only locks at one position when extended - which is too long for me. As others have said, Velcro is the problem and will snag your clothes when packed or sleeve as you reach into the bag. There is no way to fold or fasten the Velcro flaps so that they aren't sticking out, ready to latch onto anything soft. I will try using bobby pins to hold them out of the way to see if that helps. If you leave the plastic insert for liquids velcroed in place, you cannot open the bag very far or access items stored behind it - and who need to access shampoo or other liquids while seated on a plane? Not sure this will comply with size requirements listed on United's and American's websites or fit under the seat but will soon find out the hard way. I appreciate the wheel construction and that they can be replaced. If you are buying this to haul adult figure skates, they do not fit the best, with inadequate room for skating supples and accessories. I would have given it five stars if the Velcro and insert that attaches to it weren't there or done differently; and if the underseat fit wasn't questionable.

Love the size and the light weight. It really does fit under the seat in front of you on flights. And, it's a nice size. My complaint is with the wheels. All my other suitcases have spinner wheels so I haven't had a suitcase with non-spinning wheels in years. This was a total pain in the neck to maneuver throughout the airport (I had two international connections and had to walk forever through Frankfurt and London Heathrow airports). I did like that I could stack the matching Travelpro backpack on handle, but still, not having spinning wheels made it difficult to maneuver.

...but I assumed, and would have loved if, this travelpro item would have the SPINNER WHEELS, so this wasn't as easy as I expected to move thru the lines. Also, since its "companion" attachment is so high (or the handle on the Maxlite 29" is too short) it doesnt stack for easy transport. I was disappointed expected a "perfect" product.

I love my 21" and 25" Platinum Elite spinners, but needed a smaller bag for overnight trips or as a carry on for essential items when I was checking my other luggage. Unfortunately, I have been very disappointed in this bag. First, the zippers keep jamming, especially the one which opens/closes the handle compartment. Second, it is impossible to get the handle to stay in any position other than fully up or fully down. Third, the snaps on the velco strips used to fully open and close the bag are difficult to snap and the velcro does not lie flat when closing the bag. Althogether I find this bag annoying to use. I should have purchased the Platinum Elite Spinner tote, but I wanted a bag with a back strap to fasten the small bag onto the handle of whatever larger bag I was using.

I like the, size of this bag, but the design is poor. You cannot open it all the way, so you have to go fishing blindly toward the bottom to find anything. It falls over all the time. It doesn't have multidirectional wheels.

I returned it. It was to small in the inside and hard to get into. You couldn't pull it because it didn't have a handle. Disappointed.

The size of this carry on was perfect for an overnight or two trip. Lots of great features and very light weight. I loved the color and the side pockets would be useful. Unfortunately when unpackaged it had a strong rank chemical odor. I left the bag open for a week to air out but after seven days the smell was still nauseatingly strong. At the end of the second week the smell was still so strong there was no way I could stand to put my clothes in the bag. I returned the bag.

There is no way this will fit under an airplane seat. I own 3 other pieces of your luggage, but wanted one on wheels for under seat. Also, I ordered this in green, which the packing slip, box and tag all said it was green. When I opened the box it was black.
