I bought one of these for myself and love it So does my wife. She kept borrowing mine for her work and fun travels so I bought one for her this Christmas ;-)

I really like this bag! It uses high-quality materials from the fabric to the wheels and telescopic handle. It's been easy to roll through international airports. Great purchase for me!

Fantastic carry on spinner! The 20" size is a little misleading as the exterior dimension is 22.5" (practical carry on size limit by most airlines). After traveling carry on in Japan on planes and trains for a week (constantly on the move), this was the best purchase decision ever. For me, big enough to carry essentials and small enough to fit in airport and train lockers while site seeing. I really appreciated the effortless wheel gliding and I'm sure it saved me from throwing out my back, ruining the trip. Reading the other reviews, I was worried about the zippers. Carefully inspected mine and they function flawlessly. The telescope handle operates beautifully and predictably all while feeling solid, even with a backpack secured. If anything a good problem, my bag will easily roll away on its own on the slightest grade or on the trains, needing corralling. My other older lower model Travelpro does not glide as well. Main reason I picked softside over clamshell, softside doesn't take up as much real estate when open. Makes a difference when sharing a small room in tight quarters. I don't get the USB portmost battery packs need to be turned on so I need to open the side pocket to get to the battery AND I still need a cable to connect the port (which I store with the battery). For me, I love the side battery pocket, the port's redundant. Happy with fit, finish and experience. Too early to review long term durability/reliability.

Love this bag! I replaced a carry on that has traveled the world with me and this bag along with the max light personal bag to sit on top meets all my needs. Good looking, does overbalanced and fall forward when packed and rolls so soothly you need to watch that it doesn't get away from you on a slant. Highly recommend getting this carry on.

It rolls wonderfully, it can actually hold a decent amount. Very strong zippers and fabric.

The Platinum Elite 20" is very impressive. So many compartments. The quality is great! From the zippers to the wheels. We especially like the USB option. We were not used to a suitcase that moved so easily and it took a bit of getting used to. A good "problem" to have. I would highly recommend Travelpro to anyone.

Purchased this for a family member who travels on business regularly. The bag is highly functional within a compact size posing no issues to overhead storage. Excellent quality with many pockets for gadgets & such. Combine it with luggage cubes to really maximize the spacing of the interior and you are set!

This is a little smaller than my 1st travelpro carry on; however it seems like there is more space and organization. I rarely used the outer zipped section in my early piece. The new one has space for a laptop and other business or travel documents.

I absolutely love this suitcase. I got this suitcase primarily because I'm traveling a lot in the future, and I'd like to have a nice suitcase that will hold up. As the flagship carry-on Travelpro offers, the suitcase lives up to it's expectations. The magnetic stabilization of the wheels makes pushing it a breeze. In fact, if you put the handle down and shove the suitcase, it will move in a straight line! There is a generous amout of space, and more so than the size suggests. Having one well rather than two smaller ones allows more space. There is a plethora of convenient pockets, and a helpful charging feature. The material is strong and durable for soft suitcases and the leather accents on the handle further prove the suitcase's luxury. I'd absolutely recommend this product!

I purchased this spinner before taking a trip to South America. The wheels glide very smoothly!! I you need to use both hands while you walk on a hard smooth surface, simply give this spinner a gentle push and walk next to it! I did not realize how easily it pushed until I pushed my traveling companions spinner for a bit (Which was a less expensive brand)

Love this carry on so much that it is being fought over who gets to use it. I bought this for my husband; however, my daughter loved it so much she just took it on a trip. I ended up going online and buying one for her since her birthday is in a couple weeks.

I bought this suitcase after going through many others over the years. Always seen people especially heavy users like flight crew with Travelpro. I picked this because the true length of the bag including wheels and handle is 22.5 inch which is just about 0.5 inch within the sizer of United and Delta. I am not sure the 23.5 inch as with the 21" spinner will fit when challenged by a gate agent. The downside is the volume of the 20" spinner is less but enough for a 3 and max 4 days trip. I always pack for 1 more day than actual travel dates. I also carry a Crew backpack which make up plenty for the lack of space in the 20" spinner. The reason I went with soft shell carry on is the readily available pockets for things one need without opening the luggage. This spinner has plenty and quick access to the laptop/tablet. I do have one wish for Travelpro make the wheel assembly not take up so much room in the next iteration of the Platinum series. Also to add a broader protective plate for the corners of the luggage. Overall, this is a quality piece of luggage with reputation that is well deserved.

This is my 3rd travel pro and I love all the new pockets and the way space allocation was engineered. It also lightweight and fits overhead perfectly. As a woman I love all the places I can store stuff to keep ebetging organized. I travel a significant amount and I am very picky about having the right travel gear. This bag is AWESOME!

from the solid handle to the sturdy wheels this bag is the best bag I've ever owned, I travel quite often so I'm need a bag that will be tough enough but also offer features that are useful and this bag does just that, keep up the good work

In all aspects, this is absolutely the best piece of carry-on luggage I've ever owned. The area for clothing is way more spacious than I expected and has really useful pockets and even a removable toiletries bag. Best of all it was expandable for my return flight. The separate area for business files, computers, phones and all is perfect for me. My passport was safe in the RFID pocket and I used the built-in usb port on plane. I loved the spinner wheels which were great in a crowded airport. The exterior both looks great and has additional large pockets. Well designed, Travelpro!

Great maneuverability, external USB port, laptop/tablet protection, expandable, RFID sleeve, durable lining, attached zippered pouch and spacious interior make this carryon one of the best I have seen.

It is a great carry on so far. It will take a little getting used to in order to pack it well. The interior is pretty small but I think I will like it in the long run because of the accessible zippered pockets on the outside.
