I purchased these shoes after reading a review in Outside magazine, they were recently rated the top trail running shoe. Unfortunately I have been super disappointed. When I first ordered them I wore them around the house for a day to make sure they felt good, the seems fine Soni decided to keep them. After taking them on a few runs to break them in my feet are killing me I've realized they are terrible. They are way too narrow for any normal person I don't tend to have wide feet, I have the laces as loose as they can go and they are still too tight. The "ergonomic" insoles they came with are super cheap and thin and provide almost no support at all. Now 2 weeks in the soles are starting to separate. Especially at this price point I would expect better fitment, technical design and quality. Bummer Scarpa and Outside Mag these shoes are really, really bad

These shoes are fantastic. Super grip, great fit, and a very comfortable ride with just enough ground feel. They drain pretty well. I”m into them about 150 miles and have no issues with separation or cracking of the upper. I wear a 9.5 in these. I am a 9.5 in La Sportiva and a 9 in Salomon Sense Ride. I’m not a fan of the gray color, but I love the teal heal. I’ll order another pair soon.

Use them on trail walks more than anything. I have a pair of trail shoes I love already, but I'll give these a spin for running soon! Very comfortable

a little narrow for me, but workable. I haven't been running since a (bad) leg fracture but these are fantastic light hikers and I've thoroughly enjoyed them!

Love this shoe! A tad wide in the toe box so they will probably be used for hikers more than runners but they feel very sturdy.

Fantastic pair of trail shoes! I like the subtle, natural colors and the deep grip sole. They are a very comfortable fit with great toe space. There is even a little tuck flap in the tongue for the laces.

Great trail running shoe. I havent heard of scarpa before but I looked into them after receiving these. They are high quality trail runners, very sturdy, and made with breathable fabric. Also, very lightweight which is a huge plus from me. I personally would like the soles of the shoe to be different and quite a bit more flexible.

Some nicely made shoes! Definitely comfortable, grip well, and shed the mud nicely. The lace garage is a nice addition too. My only desire is that the laces were slightly longer, they can get a little tricky to tie since the tongue is a little slippery.

the higher collar on the back rubbed a bit on the initial 3 mile trail run, but i probably shouldn't have worn no show socks the first time out. i'm sure i'll love the breathability in the virginia humidity.

Great shoe, fits ok, but the Toe box is too narrow for my foot. I went hiking once and my feet were not confortable in the toes. I haven't worn them since. Will be sending them back via "gear back"
