I have wide feet and a diabetic. I can not tell you the countless amounts of shoes I’ve bought, returned or gave away because there was always something that hurt. The top of my foot would have a seam or something pressing down on it, or something uncomfortably rubbing on an end toe. These are as for my opinion so far the best I’ve found! I still have a little discomfort, but that’s my problem. They slipped right on and honestly I was shocked! They fit so well. I can adjust the tightness of the elastic on top. With all of that being said I’m quickly going to get more! It truly disgusts me that these shoe makers have no sense of fashion and or enough styles of wide width shoes for women! There are a bunch of companies that I’d love to purchase from, but unfortunately they are either ignorant or just don’t care about the needs of people with wide feet! Some do sell W & WW but they are NOT TRUE FITS! I’m not alone when I say that I will not purchase shoes that look like geriatric shoes that my grandmother would wear!!!!! I will say the companies that I do purchase from are: Easy Spirit, Prophet, New Balance, Comfortiva and a few others. WAKE UP SHOE COMPANIES!!!

Just spent 3 weeks in Europe walking in these shoes. I must have told my husband everyday. These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. We walked SO MUCH. And my feet never hurt or felt sore. LOVE LOVE LOVE this shoes. A must for traveling.

The soles don't offer much cushion so I wouldn't use these as a walking shoe. The don't offer any arch support & were very uncomfortable on my heels. Maybe ok for flat feet?

Yea! A comfy supportive walking shoe with some style—neither geriatric nor tricked out for 14 year old boys (my opinion of most “athletic” shoes). I, of course bought the black. I like them so much and “minimalist” shoes like these are so hard to find that I bought a second pair to have on hand when these wear out.

It’s been absurdly difficult to find a flat shoe for strength training that would fit my stupidly wide feet; I was about ready to see what I could find in men’s shoes. These, however, fit the bill, and are wonderfully light to boot. I may need to add some support for my high arches, but that’s no big deal.

These shoes fit well. I have very narrow heels so the heels are somewhat loose. I have large bunions & have an extremely difficult time finding shoes that feel comfortable. These are very comfortable. I did change out the laces as another reviewer had done. A portion of the bottom has a good non-slip area. I recommend these - I like athletic shoes that don't look "clownish"; they are very attractive!

I'm in love! These are hands down the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought. They're so light I feel like I'm walking on air, and they fit my narrow foot perfectly (SO hard to find shoes that fit narrow feet). They are one with my feet! The sole is just flexible enough so they're not stiff, but sturdy enough for long walks. I had never tried the brand before, but I'm hooked!

They are cute and the blue is a nice color. I usually order 11w but these run really narrow and I had to order extra wide. Lightweight but no support.

Comfortable and I liked the style, however the workmanship left much to be desired, after wearing them for a couple of hours the black rubber strips on the soles started to come off, tried to glue them myself and it made them worse. There are no black rubber strips left on the front section of the shoes, and that was wearing them for a weekend.

I have had several pairs of Propet shoes and find them very comfortable, light and easy to slip on. That is why I keep buying them. They do not have enough support for long walks of several miles, but are fine for most walks, travel, etc.

I am used to my feet hurting for days after I walk in so called comfort shoes. This is because I have an odd gate due to an injury from long ago. I am hard to fit and have been wearing sandals and big clunky sneakers made for men. I thought I would have to wear ugly shoes from now on. These are different. The fit perfectly the first time I put them on. They are attractive and stylish. My feet don't hurt after walking for hours. They are light, airy, and flex a little for a perfect fit. I LOVE the way they lace up. No tying, no Velcro. Awesome.

I have never found Propet shoes to be anything less than comfortable and nice looking. They are as pictured, the colors are true to life and they offer a huge range of sizes. I take a 2W or 4W, depending on the material, and have to have a closed toe. There are not too many shoes that offer the selection I need. I do where a couple of other brands, such as Easy Spirit, Trotters, etc., by far most of my day-to-day shoes are made by Propet.

Relatively stylish, very comfortable shoe for my wide & bunion-y feet. Got it in black and then got a second pair in the gray/coral color.

I like the stretch laces; I'd never had any before. And I like the look of the shoes. Once I put different innersoles in them, they fit well. I do wear thin socks with them. Internal seams are sharp and uncomfortable. The socks eliminate any pain.

The fit is perfect. I have a high instep, a very wide foot, and need a good toe box. Perfect all around. I use my own orthotics. I use this pair as “slippers” as I cannot go barefoot because it horribly aggravates my plantar fasciitis.

The shoe is lightweight and just what this teacher needed. There was no arch support so my arches and heels ached after a few hours. Next day switched out insoles for my Good Feet (green) I buy on Zappos. Just what I hoped for. Works with jeans, casual skirts, and casual dresses for me.

I loved these! Fit great right out of the box. I didn't have extra bungee lace like some of the other reviewers (and this is totally easy to trim down if you do). The other reviewers are correct, though in that there is no cushion in these soles. I only wore them in the house, of course, so I can't speak to whether you'd feel rocks or something underneath, but it's not the soft sole I'm used to with my Skechers or, say, a running shoe. I wouldn't wear them to walk around tourist-ing all day, but they're probably OK for regular errands. Maybe with a cushioned insole added? (Still - surprised to see this in a Propet...) The part around the ankle, however, is VERY padded - feels good but looks a little bit funny, if I'm being really straightforward. I still like the look overall, though, and would keep them except... The Cape Cod Blue was the best color in my size when I ordered, and it blends just a bit too much with the medium-dark wash of my jeans (that I pretty much wear daily except in summer). So I'm returning for now and keeping my eye on a restock of a different color.

Love the comfort and narrow fit of this shoe. Unfortunately the soles on the heels are peeling, which for the Propet brand and the price I paid should not be happening. I super glued the peeling part on one shoe, but again shouldn't be happening.

The shoes look nice and fit well but they have zero support. The bottoms are very flat and that does not make for the best feeling when you are walking. Because of that, they feel very cheap - lots of corners cut. It would help if there were decent inserts for the inner soles. Very non-American quality of shoes. I spent a lot of time in Asia where people are used to walking on flip-flop type shoes and therefore used to no arch support or heel support, but in our society, we care about these things. I see me wearing the shoes for only those times that I want them to match/compliment the clothing I am wearing. Definitely not to be used when going for a walk. It makes walking awkward.

Cute and current. When I removed the insole and added my insert the shoe was too tight. The insoles were not removable but I liked the shoes so wanted to try. Not good for me but if you do not need an insert, go for it!
