As I already have several pair of them. Excellent quality and comfort.

Great gloves, very stretchy but snug enough that I used them for full-on flow-gnar MTB. I initially got these for walking up volcanoes with poles, and snowboarding down June and July style. I don't feel the cooling properties like I do with my OR sleeves, but that might be my old man hands? So far, so good!

In place of sunscreen smeared all over my hands and wrists, I've been using these ActiveIce Chroma Full Sun Gloves instead. They work great! I was worried about the gloves being to hot for hot weather, but they are not hot at all. Even on days of 90 degrees and more, I forget I'm wearing these gloves. I use these gloves on all the hikes and backpacking trips I do now. They present no problems while using trekking poles either. Even on the brightest and sunniest days, I don't bother packing sunscreen any more. Check out OR's sun protective neck gaiters and sun sleeves too. They're all great.

Excellent gloves, wear these as sun gloves on hot glacier/snow travel days and then wear them as a liner glove inside my OR Stormtrackers for colder alpine starts. Really versatile, but not the most durable, don't use these for scrambling and even just vigorous knot tying or setting up for glacier travel (kiwi coils, etc.) seems to be wearing down the finger tips. But just be aware they are thin and light and they'll last you a while.

I'm big on wearing gloves when I hike. The compression helps with swelling on long hikes, prevents blisters whew using poles, and gives grip on scrambles. These gloves are excellent for all those purposes. They fit perfectly and feel great.

I use these to keep my hands warm while hiking. They are comfortable, provide a layer of extra warm, don't make my hands sweat and layer well under thicker gloves. I've worn them under the OR Stromtracker glove without issue.

I use this for hiking/backpacking/glacier travel. I've used them 3 times so far, and I love them! They are cool in the summer heat, comfortable and protect my hands completely from the sun. My hand measures ~7.25" around the knuckles, and the XS fits perfectly. You can use your phone with the gloves on, but it takes a little finessing.

On a whim got these as mountain bike gloves and have been pleasantly surprised. The palm breathes really well, the material is appropriately during, no stitching in the wrong places, and the back of the hand breathes well too. Only complaint would be that the color had gotten really dirty, but that's not really a concern of mine. Washes out easy enough.

I have an allergy to UV rays (EPP) and I use these whenever I go out for long periods of time. These proved to be awesome when I used them in Asia during their summer season. My first pair lasted for over two years and I'm now purchasing a second pair. I definitely recommend these!

I use these whenever I go outside, and they're great! I have a sun allergy, and burn through every sunscreen I've ever tried so I try and limit exposed skin. These work well in hot summer months, and don't cause my hands to overheat, even during runs. Additionally, they have prevented any burns or reactions to the sun on my hands while wearing them. I love them, and would strongly recommend them!

I wear these when I'm outside on sunny days because I need to protect my hands from exposure to sun and UV rays. They are very comfortable and will be great when I'm kayaking.

Best gloves I have found for hiking. With the sun beating down on your hands, these gloves breath and allow you to hold firm on your poles with slipping.

pretty god. light with leather in the palm (which is much nicer than some other OR lightweight glove palm options). I don't particularly notice them being cooler. Also the screen sensor in the pointer finger doesn't work great because it doesn't extend to the edge of the finger pad.

I'm definitely glad to have these gloves to protect my hands from the sun. The fabric is soft and cooling. For driving, hiking, and paddling, the full finger option works best for me.
Like another reviewer, I find the palm/body of the XS too short and a little tight, while the fingers of the S are impractically long. I wear the XS and tug on the cuff occasionally, to have the momentary sensation of the cuff seam being all the way off the heel of my palm.
I'd love to have a few more color options. Perhaps solids that truly coordinate with any of the printed sun sleeves (I like the two together for finger coverage). Maybe black, a darker gray (as in Painted Hills), army green, smoky blue.

I'm allergic to sunlight (Solar Urticaria) and have to cover my entire body when I'm outside or I'll go into anaphylactic shock and die. I have previously used Mechanix Covert Vent, they were very cool but the mesh on the back still allowed too much UV. The ActiveIce Chroma provide much more sun protection and keep my hands very cool despite wearing them constantly. Driving with them is much easier than with Coolibar gloves and their sticky palm/finger pads. My only real issue with these is the touch screen portion needs to wrap around the finger more and provide more consistent contact. That same change for all fingers would help the gloves last longer as the area around the fingernail will definitely be the first to fail.

I use these gloves when I am outside walking or driving. I am between two sizes. The S is more comfortable but the finger tips are a bit too long but manageable. The XS is too tight through the hand itself. It has only been in the low 70s so far and my hand does not feel hot.

I like everything about them except that the extra small is a unisex size, so is too big for me. I am 5' 1" tall, 105 lbs. I wish OR would make specifically womens extra small gloves. Because the fingers are too long and the palms too wide, the E-tip fabric slides around when I touch my phone keypad making the E tip ineffective on my keypad.
