In addition to not fitting as expected, the shoes make a weird sound when you're walking, sort of like plastic coated cardboard being bent. Very unhappy with this purchase, they're going right back.

I have been looking for a comfortable light pair of walkers in this denim blue color for a while now. I like these a lot! My tender feet like a softer cushion and more arch support so I added my usual Spenco liners in to replace the thin ones that come with the shoes! Love that the insoles come out of New Balance shoes and the availability of wide widths. Thanks for the fast service Zappos! I think these will be just the ticket for this spring and summer.

I ordered these because they have removable inserts and I have to use my own custom inserts for plantar fasciitis. They fit great and are very comfortable. I will buy these again when my current pair ware out.

I got these shoes to do cardio at the gym. These shoes fit well and have great support.

Not the most supportive shoe I've ever owned, but definitely very comfortable. I ended up ordering up a half-size from my normal just because an 11.5 wasn't available, and they fit wonderfully!

I like these shoes a lot, I'm sending them back because it looks like they were wore, bottom of shoe was somewhat dirty and it looks like the left shoe has some stains on the side of the shoe...arch area...frustrating ...so I'm sending these back and will reorder. I prefer a shoe that has not been worn or with stains. Otherwise the shoes look and feel great.

I like the softness of the fabric. It does not bother my bunions. I ordered these in wide and glad I did. The shoe is comfortable as well. I wear them for errands and light walking.

Had to order a 1/2 size up but these shoes are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them! Love these sneakers.

I love these shoes so much that I have three sets of three of the four colors, one set for each home I live in. Very comfy and they make my bigger than average feet look not so big.

I normally wear a 9/9.5 but the reviews said go up and I’m glad I did. I got these in a 10.5 (which is why I said they were smaller than they should’ve been) but they fit me well. I also really like the blue/black design on these shoes.

I am glad I read the reviews before I ordered these. I ordered in wide, because I like a little wiggly room when wearing different weights of socks. The reviews said that they say wide, but wasn’t...so I ordered the wide feeling that they wouldn’t be too wide...they were a perfect fit. I am ordering a different color!

I got the Indigo color and I couldn't be happier with this shoe. It's like walking on a cloud. I take an 8.5 W and it fits perfectly. Now, any chance of more colors?

New Balance is my go-to brand. Sizing is very consistent. I normally wear a 9W and that’s the size I ordered for this new pair. They’re lightweight and very comfortable. Another plus: they do not make my wide feet look huge :)

Originally ordered my usual size and width for New Balance shoes. However, these ran smaller in length and width. Could use a bit more arch support. Exchanged them for a half size larger without and hassle.

The fit was great but the color was totally off. I ordered what they called Lead. It looked, on the picture, like gray, which I consider the color of lead. But it is actually more blue than gray. I compared the shoe with a pair of gray pants and these shoes looked even more blue.

I've been buying New Balance for many years but these just felt tight. I like the fabric and color, and they were light, but they just didn't fit right in the toe box. Returned for another pair of New Balance.

I ordinarily wear a 7M in New Balance but had to order twice and size up to 8 wide to get the same degree of comfort in this style.
