These were comfortable and looked somewhat better than the normal style Crocs but after only 2 months the sole of one wore completely through.

I had tried these on in the store and found them to be roomy given the size. I usually wear a 12M or 11.5W. These are listed as 11-12 and they fit me perfectly even with my sorta wider foot. I have never like Crocs as I did not particularly find them comfortable or stylish. These are totally different than your typical Crocs. They have enough "style" that you can wear them with jeans or shorts and not just to the beach. I like that they are less bulky and the fact that they are mesh on the top of the foot. This keeps the top of the foot from sweating from plastic to foot contact. I have worn them all day and they remained very comfortable. No break-in period required. The only downsides I see are that the rear strap could be a bit more flexible to make it easier to get on over the heel. I also wonder how long it will be before the strap snaps from pulling it over the heel. The other downside is that they get sand inside easily while on the beach because the lower sides are open. But hey it is a beach shoe. So far after 2 weeks I really like them.

Good shoe for waterside sports. I will be near water a lot, and have other shoes for water that have more support (Keens), but they take a long time to dry. Not sure how the grip is on surfaces, but find that crocs are good for a toss-on shoe or a switch over to dry the feet. Comfortable and easy to hang out in and look better than regular crocs.
