These shoes are so great-looking, but unfortunately have only a TINY length of velcro and I could not adjust it nearly snug enough for my average-width feet.

Do not order these sandals if your heels are narrow. I have purchased Merrell sandals for years without any problem but these (and another pair I tried) allow for wider feet. By the time you can tighten the straps enough, there is no velcro left.

Same as the other reviewers. This is a cute shoe, but the velcro straps are too loose to fit a normal ankle. Had to return.

OK the other reviewers aren't kidding the heel strap is really really long.

Top strap was too short to go over moderately high instep and heel strap was way too long. Really wanted to like these, but alas they are going back.

I immediately sent these back. They did not feel like Merrell. Very floppy and loose around the toes, could not feel the arch support. Don't bother with these. As a Merrell customer for over 15 years, it seems like the quality is really going down. I hate the suede footbeds that get dirty quickly and look tacky. I guess they want you to buy more frequently. And I have always worn Merrells because of their dependable arch support, which in the past couple of years seems to be varied depending on style. I can't count on Merrell anymore! So sad.

These shoes are soooo slippery. Its like walking on ice. Very disappointing for sporty shoes.
