I have only had these for one month. I put about 200 miles on them and the middle tread is completely worn off on the bottom!!! I expect my shoes to last longer than a month.

Merrell Mix Master 3 is a very comfortable shoe and true to size for me. I had to exchange the first pair I ordered, as the right shoe had a very loud squeak with every step. The Zappos rep was very helpful. The replacement pair came, and fit perfectly but after wearing them around the house for about 2 hours both of the shoes started to squeak. I took a pair of insoles out of my old Merrells to try....no squeak! The inside of this shoe under the insole is rubbery and the insole is rubbery too so that might be the problem. I’m going to keep them, as I really like them with my old insoles but I think this something Merrell needs to address. I have 6 pairs of Merrells and have never had a problem with them until now.

I usually purchase heavy-duty type athletic shoes, not the streamlined type as this Mix Master 3. I was looking for a walking shoe with ventilation that wouldn't squeeze or overheat my feet. This one fills the bill. Merrell has created a 7 ounce athletic shoe that is supportive, has sufficient cushioning, and lets my feet breath. I forget I have these shoes on because they don't irritate my feet. I don't need to take these off right away when I get home. When I first tried them I was a little skeptical that a such a lightweight, streamlined shoe could work for my 73 year old feet for daily miles of cement-walking, but so far so good. I liked these shoes so much that I ordered a second pair. Another thing I like are the shoe laces. The laces stay tied with a single tie and there is plenty of length for a double-tie. As far as arch support, I can't definitely say because I always use my own orthotics. These shoes are worth the price.

Loved these shoes from first time on my feet. They are a good blend of athletic shoe without being heavy and bulky. This is my third pair of Merrell athletic shoes. I think Merrell is going to be my go to shoe brand.

As always, I appreciate Merrell’s Vegan friendly shoe. This is a great looking shoe in a great color. It fits me great which tells me that it is a little narrow. I would not recommend for someone who has a wider foot.

Loved the look. Loved the style. Was very lightweight. Just not the right fit for me. My ideal Merrell shoe is the Siren series. First the Sport..then the Edge.

This is the exact same review I wrote for the sneaker "All Out Blaze Aerosport," because I love both shoes so much. Since they're a bit pricey, I was going to return one, but found it impossible to part with either one. So, the second one is a gift to myself. These are an awesome sneaker: good looking and super comfortable. I usually wear a 9.5, and ordered that size. It was perfect.

This is a very light shoe with decent support. The arch is in the right spot for great walking.

A nice change from Nikes. Less flash and bulk with more toe box space. True to size and width. Like another Merrill product I've enjoyed, the styling is elegant.

Comfortable and supportive from the moment I put them on. No break-in period necessary. I’m a size 9 with a narrow foot so might not work for those with wide feet. They’re also super lightweight making them easy to pack. Love the black with the light blue sole which makes them look less clunky. Good job Merrill.

May be the most comfortable pair of sneakers I have ever owned, and they look cool, too. Can't wait to hike in them.

Love these shoes! The rare shoe that looks even better in person than online. Super comfortable. Great laces too. I'm a 7.5 and felt they were true to size.

I love these shoes! The color is awesome and it fits great once you realize that it runs large. I usually get a 10.5 but it was way too big. A 9.5 fit perfectly.

After months searching for a workout shoe that's incredibly comfortable, well-made, and has a little panache - I finally found it. Absolutely love the fit, and after wearing this shoe nearly every day to the gym for 6 months, I'm still loving it. I'm back now to see if this shoe or another similar Merrell shoe will also become my favorite travel shoe.

fit great-- true width (i have a medium foot with a wider toe bed and narrowish heal area). I have had many pairs of Merrell's and none of them are as cute in color as the first generation. I don't know what is going on with colors but they really need some nicer choices for women's knock-around shoes. The blue is muddy and dark. And, so when they do have a good color choice-it sells out quickly on zappos. Merrell are you listening. Thank you Zappos for always being wonderful about returns and for your amazing selections....

Been looking for a replacement athletic shoe for an old favorite that was wearing out. Maybe I'm too particular, but after hunting for weeks and trying more than a dozen styles, I'd nearly given up. Then I found this Merrill, and I love it! It's a perfect balance of comfort & style: just a little flair of color and panache. It's a solid, well-built shoe that also makes me look just feminine enough (trim look, but comfortable toe box for my not at all narrow foot). Exactly what I was hoping to find. Thanks, Merrill. You've got a new fan!

I love these shoes! They were really comfy straight out of the box and didn't need to be broken in. The materials are very sturdy and construction feels high end. I run in these 4 times a week and they have held up great, good traction and light weight. I think they are really cute, so much so that I have to disipline myself to keep them as my official running shoes and not wear them around every day. Highly recommended! You can see in the pics that they have held up really well to several months of running already.

The Mix Master 3 is very comfortable with no break-in time necessary. They are very lightweight to wear, and feet felt cushioned.

I have had these shoes for a number of months but wanted to wait to review them until I had really tested them. Just returned from a 3 week trip to Spain and I wore them nearly every day...everything from 15,000 steps of walking the streets and sites of Barcelona and Madrid to rocky paths in the Sierra Nevada mountains. I. LOVE. THESE. SHOES. They were very comfortable and provided the needed support for my feet, while accommodating my Superfeet orthodics. I note that they may run narrow as I got the medium width but have a narrow foot and was easily able to tighten the laces to feel good. I also very much like that they are not at all clunky looking while providing the same support as "sturdier" looking shoes. Highly recommend!

These are great shoes. I ordered the Velvet Blue and liked the shoes so much I ordered the Icy color. I am returning the Icy color shoes because the website shows a gray sole on the underside, but the shoes arrived with white soles. White soles won't work for the environment where I will be wearing the shoe. The soles will very quickly look dirty so I must return the Icy color.

These are THE most comfortable shoes for everyday wear! Wouldn’t be great for hiking, but they fit perfectly and I can wear them for 13 hours a day and my feet are happy!

Love these shoes and I usually take a size 9 1/2 in Merrells, but the 9 1/2 felt a little long. Ordered a pair of 9's but they were a bit snug in the toe so I tried both and will keep the 9 1/2. They are light weight and very comfortable.
