These seem like great water shoes but a bad fit for me. I gave them 3 stars because they seem well made and for someone else they might be fine. It was very difficult to get my feet into the shoes. If the strap was meant to open I wasn't able to open it. Once in, the sides were too high and pressed into my ankles on the outside. I have a low instep and my ankles are lower than most people's. I'm a 7 1/2 and buy and 8 because of a swollen big toe joint but the 8 was a tad too short. The width was fine and lots of toe room.

In my experience the size was accurate. I ordered down a size due to the reviews and recs here but wound up having to exchange for my normal size 8. I have wide feet so that might be the difference, but the 7 also felt too short. They aren’t supportive at all and not as comfortable as Crocs or Oofos but we’ll see how they do in water. Meanwhile my dog is obsessed with them—maybe there’s a smell I can’t detect? Or maybe they were returned from someone who had a pet, because there was a small amount of debris around the sticker of the sole of one when they came. My guess is cat. My dog follows me around and sniffs hard at them.

The sizing on these is insane. Would probably order a full size smaller. They would probs be comfy if the sizing was right.
