I was looking for a commuter coat that would work for "house to car" and "car to work". This fits the bill for the drizzly months in Seattle. I don't need much insulation but I like the flexibility of the two-way zipper and multiple snaps. I would have like to have under arm vents but the back vent is nice. I particularly like the lighter color to provide some visibility as a pedestrian.

This is the most expensive rain jacket I've ever bought and so far I have no complaints. Warmer than cheaper options, breathes decently well for a rain jacket. Packs small and blocks wind pretty well too. Certainly other jackets can pack down smaller, but I still like traveling with it. I haven't worn it enough to test longevity. And I wish there was one more pocket somewhere.

Great for PNW wet weather. Pit zips would provide more vent options. The stretch line at the bottom back is confusing. Not sure what is the purpose and how to use it without it becoming a Hazzard.

I throw this bad boy on anytime a slight breeze even thinks about grazing my baby soft skin. No way am I letting Michigan weather chafe this pinnacle of biological architecture. Just throw this all-in-one near-reality-bending hot pocket on yourself and you could take on Wompas like your favorite laser-wielding space wizard. All in all it's pretty cool.

I never write reviews but this jacket is too good not to. I'm 6'1 and 190 pounds got a medium sized jacket and it fits great and got me a lot of compliments. My go to jacket for layering a sweater in the winter and for when it rains in the fall and spring. Definitely worth the money imo but recommend you buy it on a sale or something because the price a little steep.

Great rain jacket and have received nice comments from those I have shown. High tech fabric makes it very light to wear and already used it in the rain and works fantastic!! Two zippers=one in the front and one inside for my phone. Outside pockets are large and easily entered through the velcro closures. Warm too!! Would recommend this product to men or women. Have used other North Face products over the years and same good quality as you would expect from these folks. Two thumbs up!!

I love this Jacket.. I feel the love and often grab it for the rainy and sunshiny days.

I wear this jacket when it's like 45 degrees Fahrenheit or with wind and rain. This jacket is awesome and is very stylish or it looks nice with jeans also. It's a very versatile jacket and I actually have the olive one also that's how awesome it is!

This jacket does not let wind pass through! I use it as an outer layer over warmer clothing for winter hikes when the wind is blustery and cold. This jacket works like a charm!

Really love this jacket. Needed rain coat for the longest time and this product is just what I needed. It was snug which I like because I can add on a hoody sweater.

I was expecting this to run small but it is true to size.

Excellent at blocking cold wind- good as an additional layer during winter hikes, and as a light layer from rain in warmer months.

My husband loves his Rain Parka!! I will be buying him a coat for winter now! I will get myself one too, when I find one that I like.

This Parka is truly one of the best apparel items I have ever bought. I am writing this comment because it is required in order to gain a chance to win a contest. Everybody could use some extra quality gear.

Love this jacket. Materials and workmanship seem to be topnotch. The fabric truly breathes and it's nice to have a jacket a little bit longer in wet weather. If I had to change anything, I would have the hood fold into a collar pocket.

For rain days
