5 stars for Timberland's proliferate sense of design, style and colors. 2 stars for insufficient size / width options to appeal to anyone on the outside of the width bell curve. I am adult women 5'7" 120 lb with a "born with it" wide foot. Not so wide though that Keens (just an example) and other "rounder toe" designs fit me fine in regular sizing. The wide isn't that much wider than the regular, to the extent that adding one full size still didn't make the shoe wide enough. Also, the "tongue" of this shoe is so stiff that it felt like a sharp thin blade cutting into upper ankle / most bottom part of leg. Very painful to try to break that in, though the shoe wasn't wide enough anyway. Note, your Men's shoes aren't wide enough either. Your smallest men's size I have tried on in a wide and they aren't really any wider than the female's wide. If you are going to make a wide, truly make a wide. I bet it's a quarter inch wider, that's it. Why not add double wide to your custom order options? If your shoes were wide enough, I would have a closet with several pairs.

I have had these boots for years. I went to put them on the other day and the soles disintegrated. They had not been worn much, maybe 20 times. The soles had good tread still. But overtime the soles just fell apart. I contacted timberland and they were NOT interested.

I got a pair of Nellie Cornflower Blue boots, Wore it only once and put it back in the box and a couple of months pass by and go to wear them and the bottom of one of the boots came apart. So now I have a pair of boots that I cant use and the warranty will not cover it. Or I have to find some place that can try to repair it.

These boots are very comfy, but very heavy. I don't think I could walk in them for a long period of time.

I love them! But there's one thing which drove me crazy - the upper "leather" lining started cracking after only three month of veeeeery careful not-even-everyday use pretty frustrating but in general pretty nice shoes

I have worn this same pair of woot boots daily for about 2.5-3 years in the retail grocery business. I absolute love love the quality, comfort and durability of these boots! In fact they have only grown more comfortable I've time! The only complaint I have is that now that I have broken a boot lace, I cannot find a replacement in the length, color, and quality as the originals! Even on your website, you don't offer them. I wear a 5.5 women's, so the length I need is about 32-34" long and I have the black boot, so I need the black & gray boot lace! Help a little foot out & make these replacement laces available!

I love these boots they are true to size ! They look so cute with leggings and jeans !

Great option as I didn't want to wear the high top boot. I find myself wearing these every day.

I bought this boot for walking on trails and pavement. I wanted a waterproof boot for early morning walks through wet grass. I own a pair of Insulated ankle wrapping Timberland boots That I wear in winter. Wanted something for spring and summer. Hoping these work for me-time will tell.

Laces are a little to short but I able to make a smaller knot which I prefer anyway. I purchased the waterproof spray and that works well to! I am pleased with my purchase and will be back to shop on this site again!

I've gotten this boot several times. It's a staple in my wardrobe winter, spring, summer, and fall.

These boots are amazing and super comfortable. I walk a lot in the city and my feet hurt like crazy but when I wear these I don't feel any pain. I also get a lot of compliments when I'm wearing them. I got two different colors from this design. Love them!!

Very comfortable shoes! If you go with wide one, just buy them half size down.

I have had my pink Timberlands since 2002 and they still look really good. They arent cracking around the top lining like some have said. They are in great condition. Good for wearing in cold weather and very cute!

Really love the shoes but note that they run pretty narrow. Traditional Timberland quality through and through.
