This is the first Baggallini bag I have purchased and I love it. It is light weight, has many pockets for keeping things well organized, is a great size and durable. When not using the matching wristlet for my phone I keep cosmetics in it. I also like the solid neutral color options.

I have an Everywhere bagg that is just a bit too big, and a crossbody travel bag that is a bit too small. With eyeglass case, the rfid wallet, phone, car keys, lip balm, etc this bag is just right.

Has just the right combination of spaces for phone, tablet or small book, wallet, planner, keys, pens and receipts.

I have 3 of these in different colors. They are perfect for traveling, light weight, wear well, slots for necessary cards and wristlet for change, several small pockets if needed, and I like the fabric. I also think the size is perfect especially if you need to Cary a purse, but don't like a big bulky bag. I think I need to buy one more color to have all of them.

Bought this to go on vacation- wanted one purse for day and night - this purse was great - held everything I needed!

Interior is wide enough to hold a fold-over (traditional wallet), 2 eyeglass cases, & more. The exterior pockets are incredible. There's a hidden pocket behind the flap, great for tickets or a shopping list. The one on the flap holds my iPhone 6S, and (I checked when at Apple store) will also hold their XR. I turned the loop for the RFID wallet into a homemade key fob using a short chain of key chains. My only wish is that this would be also offered in a larger size, particularly with more front to back depth and a bit more left to right as one looks at it, to hold even more.

I think this is the 5th Baggallini I have had. The light weight and organization capabilities set them apart!

This is only my 2nd Baggallini - but, I am completely sold on them on all levels.

Great bag - has a wider bottom than my other baggallini bag and holds my wallet and sunglass case well - easy to get them in and out. These bags are light weight and so "user friendly" - I use it year round. Best bags ever.

Looks good new. now we have to use it to see how it performs.

Good function and modern

Perfect for my needs

Small enough to be inobtrusive, but roomy enough to carry all my necessities within easy reach, organized into numerous well-designed pockets. Light-colored lining makes everything visible. Wide flat strap is very comfortable for cross-body wear.

I bought this bag for a trip to Europe and it was perfect. It holds a lot without being too bulky or heavy. I was able to fit a water bottle and guide book in it. It has a lot of useful pockets that came in handy for receipts, brochures, etc. I got the grey and the purple inside is very pretty. I love baggallini and this bag was exactly what I was looking for.

The bag is great for my purposes: right size, well-made and seemingly durable. My only complaint is that there is a pattern in the material that was not apparent in the on-line listing; I was expecting and wanting a solid material.

love it! especially like the flat bottom so it can stand up.

Holds everything I need on a daily basis. Love the separate sections to organize. Is comfortable to carry. Would like more colors to choose from including red and purple.

I love the purse. Just started using it. It must be worn as crossbody because if not it does slip off your shoulder, because the strap is slippery. I received no incentive for survey. Overall, I love the bag!

I bought this bag to replace another bag I used until I wore it out. I hope this one lasts as well as the last.

I have an older Baggallini bag, the Baggallini Town Bagg, that's nearly perfect as my small bag. The one drawback to it is that the back doesn't have an external pocket. So when I noticed this Top Zip Flap Crossbody, I thought I'd finally found the perfect bag. Both bags have nearly the same dimensions and the website made it look like the front pockets on this one were almost the same as on the bag I love. Both external front panels have a big zip pocket, a flap with a pocket underneath, and a pocket between the flap and the zipper compartment. This newer bag has one additional pocket, the one on the flap itself. Unfortunately, the similarities ended there. The pockets on the front of the Top Zip Flap Crossbody don't expand well. In my Town Bagg I keep my phone, small wallet, keys and lip balm in the front pockets, but on this bag the pockets bulged and looked unattractive when I tried the same. The flap on my old bag is flexible so it drapes well, but this flap is stiff and doesn't drape as well when the pocket under it is in use. (In a nice surprise, the zip pocket on the flap looked fine holding 2 pens.) The bag is 9 inches wide, but the opening to the pocket behind the flap is only 5 inches wide--on my current bag the corresponding pocket stretches the full width of the bag. I was worried that the strap might be too slippery to stay on my shoulder well (not crossbody), but I didn't keep this bag so I didn't get to test that out. With no internal slip pockets and the external pockets incapable of holding much, nothing I tried made this bag feel well organized for what I carry. It's not a bad bag, but it's better suited for people who carry papers and other flat items in their pockets.

It's a shoulder bag with many pockets and zippers that don't work well. Disappointing.
