These were absolutely exactly what I was looking for. I tried the Nike Metcon 4s and they were uncomfortable. I LOVE these shoes. The color is pretty and they are comfortable to move around in. I'm not into hardcore crossfit, but for the training I do, it works really well. The flexweave fabric (or whatever you want to call it) allows for my toes to move without feeling squished. My ankles feel supported and not to mention, my feet don't seem to sweat too much with these shoes either. I agree the arch support is moderate. Not a running shoe, a least for me.

I used to wear my running shoes for lifting weights but then my personal trainer recommended wearing something more flat and stable. These were the winning ticket! If you are going to do strength training, highly recommend these shoes instead of running shoes. Makes squats and lunges so much better! I love the blue color.

This shoe runs larger. Ordered a half size smaller than what I typically wear and fits perfectly. Great width at toe so when working out, your toes aren’t crammed. Great for the gym or wearing out with casual attire.

These shoes are great for CrossFit. Flat inside, good support. If there will be a lot of running I wear running shoes, as my feet go kind of numb running a lot in these.

I’ve used these at CrossFit for a couple of weeks now and have loved them! My coach said they’re a great shoe and I definitely feel more stable and solid in them. They grip really well. I love the colours and they’re lightweight without losing good structure.
