The uppers are very nice leather, soft and conform well and the insole is comfortable as well. The outer sole is unfortunately some form of hard plasticky stuff that is very slippery on a wet surface. Considering that I have Teva hiking sandals that I've waded through mountain streams with and had no problems, I was quite disappointed to find the soles of these sandals made of such an inappropriate material.

After years of ignoring pointed remarks about wearing running shoes and dad-style socks (that is, pulled up to mid-calf) with his shorts, the resident dad finally agreed to try three styles of sandals (yay Zappos!). He chose the Teva slides for their fit and comfort and has been wearing them nonstop for a week ... Victory!

Now that I have these sandals, I can finally retire my Teva flip-flops with this same velvety footbed material. These were soft, supple and and comfortable from the moment I put them on! Stays in my foot and provides great cushion and support.

The older I get (I am old), the more particular my feets get. No more flipflops for me, but I needed some alternative sort of easy-slip-in ground pads. These sandals were pretty comfy right from the get-go and, a coupla weeks into our relationship, continue to get even moreso. I have high hopes for our longer term future together!

My husband needed knew flip flops. I was searching another brand I saw these. I showed them my husband and he liked them. The size we needed was a 12W. The look was fashionable, affordable, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for flip flops for flat feet!!! This was his first pair. He loves them!!! I will be purchasing other shoes for him.
