I've been a huge Keen fan for over a decade. Like others, I find the toe box tighter than it has been in past models. It is a bit uncomfortable but I've decided to wear them to see if they wear in a bit. Keen-Why are you choosing fashion over function? Please bring back the wide toe box!

I love the look of this shoe. With the crosswise strap fastened, you could slip the shoe on without buckling up ever time you wore them. Good design. But, the shoe is too big for me. Also, there was a dye flaw on toe of the shoe. I would have had to send them back even if they had fit. I will note that in my return. I do want to say how much I rely on Zappos and how lucky I feel I am to have found this business about 15 years or so ago. Kudos to you for keeping this shoe customer happy for so long, and for not abandoning your original business model. Thanks to you, I have access to shoes that fit my 10 1/2 foot. I appreciate you guys, I really do.

Super cute shoes! I usually wear a 8.5 or 9 shoe. Went with the 8.5 based on reviews and they fit great!

These shoes have the roomy toe box that Keens are known for, and the color and workmanship are great. On my foot, the heels are wide and thus not well fitting, slipping a bit and causing concern that they might rub blisters with much wear. Sad to have to return them - they're really adorable.

The red color was snazzy, and the style and construction good. Problem is that where the upper section are stitched together, there is a seam on the right side of the foot just past the pinky toe, and even with a thick sock on to try on the new shoe, I immediately felt that uncomfortable seam. If that was a smooth seam, and not irritating, I would have kept them for sure. Have to return.

Ugh...they are so cute AND the heel slips so badly. I wanted to keep these because everything else was spot on but the heel slipping was a dealbreaker. Such a bummer. Thankfully Zappos has their great return policy!

I was disappointed that these ran large. I love Keen shoes and most of the time the fit is just right. But now that I think about it, that has been with sandals that have an adjustable strap around the back.

Keen shoes normally allow me some toe room in length, but my toe came right to the tip. The heel on it was huge. Support was great I must say, but sadly, these must go back.

Great support and comfort, but the strap is attached to the shoe by a tenuous piece of elastic that has already worn out after a month of regular wear.

So sad to return these, but they are disproportionately wide and no amount of adjusting the strap will keep the heel in place. They wear more like mules or flip flops which I can’t wear due to nerve damage in one foot. They are otherwise so comfortable with great style but not a keeper for me.

First time I have bought pair of Keen shoes. Great fit. Wide toe box and just right in heel. I bought a 10W, my normal size.

The heel was so wide that even when tightly strapped they did not stay on my feet so i returned them for a different model.

the heel area is too wide and the shoe flops as i walk. i will return. i see this comment a few times in the reviews so i suggest this be noted.

A very nice shoe that runs big. I returned the first pair for a 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear. Unfortunately, the heel slipped a bit and I felt that it would give me a blister over time so I returned them. The shoe is well made with a great arch support (and I have high arches). I was disappointed that I couldn't keep them.

I really liked the idea of these shoes and wanted to love them, but the heel slip was too much. Even though the shoe was the correct size, my toe fit and the width were fine, the heel slipped so much that the shoe flopped around when I walked in the house. Otherwise they would be a really good shoe.

I normally wear a 9, or 9 1/2 with my orthotics. Keens are different, I usually wear an 8 1/2, with orthotics. I ordered an 8 1/2, put in orthotic, and my heel slipped on each step. The size is REALLY OFF. There is also a strap across 4th and 5th toe that pinches a bit. Cute, but TOO BIG and borderline uncomfortable. Returning them.

Like others noted, the heels are way too wide. I ordered a half-size smaller, but that did not make a difference. The length is true to size, but the wide heels made them feel like flip flops. If it were not for the straps, I would have completely stepped out of the shoes when walking. I returned them. The color (red) and style are really cute, but I can't justify $100+ for shoes that do not fit comfortably. Overall, very disappointed.

I ordered these shoes after I had lost 25 pounds, and my shoe size had shrunk dramatically. They fit superbly! I ordered a 6.5 after previously wearing a 7.5. I couldn't be more pleased!

The heel does lift on this shoe as if it were a clog. If that bothers you, don’t buy the shoe. I don’t mind it because I’m used to wearing clogs at work and bought this shoe just to “catch babies” on labor and delivery in. I also need a shoe I can easily slip on and off. I have a medium width foot and the shoes slides on and off without buckling with a thin/ regular sock. If you wore thick wool socks you might need to unbuckle.

Great all around shoe. Can go casual or cute dressy. Very comfortable and well made.

Love these Keen Mary Janes. The strap on this design is more comfortable than the presidio 2.

The shoes are really cute; but a little loose feeling and they looked bulky.

Like many others mentioned, the heel was too wide, slipped when I walked. Really cute shoe didn’t want to send it back.

Very cute shoe. I LOVE Keens, but wow we’re these disappointing!! KILLED my foot on the outside of my foot at pinky toe. Very hard.
