I got these shoes for an upcoming trip to Spain. Since I'm only taking one pair of shoes and a pair of sandals, these need to do everything...tons of walking, short hikes, go to dinner...you name it. They are true to size. I wear an 8 in flip flops and an 8 in these. The width is awesome, neither too wide nor too narrow. Since they are a crossfit shoe, they are relatively flat/have a minimal drop, so some people may find the arch support lacking. The small pastel stripes on the heels (lt blue on one and pink on the other) are a cute detail.

Love these shoes. Very, very white with patent accents. Crisp look with great comfort.

Love these! I’ve had a hard time finding a white shoe for my workouts that aren’t all mesh that look dirty quick. These shoes got me out of bed for my workout this morning and they were great for my hiit training!

LOVE this shoe! My knee no longer hurts after cross training and weight lifting workouts.

Size, fit & style is perfect. These are exactly the shoe I wanted for the gym, casual wear and can also walk all day in these - very comfortable.

Better fit than imagined! This brand usually requires an upsize but it fit perfectly. There is also plenty of room in the height of the toe area. I happen to have a blister on my tie for some reason of which I expected it to be aggregated by a new shoe. I was happily surprised to find a perfect fit with no irritation to that toe! I also wear orthodics but was again pleasantly surprised to find an adequate arch support which supported my high arches with minimal add on support. Thinking of getting them in other colors!

I ordered these based on the premise that they were wide in the forefoot yet not in the heel. I have bunions, not severe, but they need to be accommodated. These were better than the Reebok Nano, but did not quite accomodate the bunions ... still searching. I liked the arch support, but did not care for the "plastic-like" tongue.

I have to say I’m obsessed. Since I received them I’ve been wearing them back to back in the gym. Perfect for Crossfit.

Nice fit, a little too stiff for my personal liking, I don’t like running with it (any distance) but everything else is good. I still like the overall of the shoe and continue to workout with it. Running and All. Not sure how I feel about writing/drawing on it. Gonna keep it white for now.

Lightweight and comfortable. I don’t usually like all black shoes but these are nice. And I bought the white ones.

Solid shoe, foot feels a bit cradled in the heel (in a good way), good contact with the floor (feels solid for squats).

These shoes were fantastic! I bought them (in white) for a trip to Nashville, with lots of walking planned. No need to break them in, my feet felt great the entire time, and I always have issues with sore feet, especially with my high arches. They looked great on too, received numerous compliments. Beyond pleased with this purchase!

Ordered my normal 8.5 but had to exchange for a 9. If you have high arches you’ll need inserts. They are comfortable for the gym and cute.

I normally wear a size 8.5 but had to size up to a 9. The 8.5 was just a tiny bit too snug in the toe box. The black with a gum sole is a good looking shoe though.

Love how these looked. I felt very flat footed in them. Whap whap whap went the soles. My high instep would get tired after a day in these. Boo hoo.

I really like a dark pair of shoes for the gym and these are nice but they are made a little different from my other metcons. The ankle and back of the foot area sits a little lower than my other metcons and so I feel like they might slip a bit. Also, because they are not as high, these make my socks show and I don’t want to buy new socks just for these shoes so I’m returning them.

The flat bottoms of these shoes make them excellent for weight-lifting and little else. While other training shoes allow me to efficiently use other gym equipment, these do not. They are unsuitable for treadmills. They are not great for walking either.

No arch support at all. I couldn't wear them being a Crossfit beginner with flat, wide, pronating feet.
