I absolutely love the quality and firmness the shoes have on both my feet and in the gym. Making squats and deadlifts far more comfortable than with running shoes or even barefoot. I still recommend you warm up your muscles and stretch your ankles without the shoes on, but for the compound lifts themselves they work great.

Great stability, Velcro keeps in place no trouble with stuffing in bags or anything

This well cushioned shoe provides stability without hindering ankle range-of-movement.

They are so comfortable and look good so that makes it the stylish product and they have that classic look to it.

Voor met gewichten te werken toch wel een hele stap vooruit.

Keep my feet firmly planted, not moving as a running shoe might do.

It has a very stable sole and made of very durable material overall. I'm fond of the loop at the shoe heel as it helps putting the shoe on. It does however get warm on the feet during intense training, nothing too uncomfortable though.

They fit a little snug at first but of course you don’t want loose shoes when you are deadlifting. After they were broken in they were great. The style is awesome too. I got this shoes in December 2019 . Around September 2022 the back of the sole started coming off on the right shoe but I continued to work out in them . Right before Halloween the sole on completely came off. I’m sure I could’ve glued it back on but I don’t think it would stay that shoe glue only lasts only as long as the material that it is glued on. The white material between the rubber sole and insoles was still glued on. I wish I could’ve taken a picture before they got thrown away. Overall, they’re OK. I got almost 3 years out of them working out 5 days a week.

The shoes are functional as is. For a powerlifting shoe, they get the job done. That said, I don't know why Adidas insists on making the damn toe box so small. It makes these shoes feel like they are slightly smaller than they are sized. I wear between a US10.5 and 11, so I usually get 11s when buying shoes. The 11s in this shoe feel small and cramped because the toe box is so narrow. Of course, there is no arch support or cushion, which should be expected, so don't expect to comfortably cross-train in them - these shoes are for a specific purpose, and that is lifting. Overall, I give them an average grade.

I really wanted a roomy weightlifting shoe, which this is. But I'm a little disappointed with the quality of the upper material for the price.

Fits great. Solid sole while being Comfy but it cant dig into your heel. My first dedicated lifting shoe for squats. Definitely not for walking around in.

Brilliant product, faulty piece - but other than that appearance, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic lifting shoe... don't go by the rating... I wish these shoes were wider so I could use them. They were too tight at the front width wise for me.

This was my second pair of Adidas Powerlifting shoes, I sold my 3.1's and had to return the 4's. In my opinion they would benefit from a solid wood heel, and wider toe box. The width of the Power Perfects with a 1/2" wooden heel would be ideal. Any shoes that scrunch your toes together should be avoided, especially when squatting. Hopefully Adidas will improve the Powerlift shoes.
