After 7 months of having these, the insides are wearing out. The fabric is wearing away down to the bones of the shoes. My husband has 2 pairs and has the same problem. The materials don’t hold up well enough for the price of these shoes. I am not a runner, but wear these shoes daily.

I typically wear an 8, 8.5, or 9, in shoes. I got an 8.5 and they are perfect for Orangetheory. I can’t wear thick socks or ones with extra cushion because it feels too tight as the shoe is one whole piece and doesn’t have a separate tongue. Also, looks wise I have to wear no show socks because the shoe is lower cut. You can wear ankle socks but you see them a lot. I also ordered three other ON shoes and returned them to keep these. These shoes are perfect for working out and running. I tried cloud x and cloud 50/50. They both had high backs that annoyed my Achilles and the soles were very thin. I also ordered the cloudflyer which had more cushion but the shape of the shoe was longer and more narrow. I ordered a 9. I didn’t like how they felt on the treadmill but thought they could be good for outdoor running.
In all, I think these are the best ON shoe and they were just what I had been searching for.

First On Running purchase! I am obsessed! I do a lot of walking (dog walker) and these were exactly what I was looking for. I have a wide foot and feared the other styles would be too narrow for me. These were absolutely perfect! Would def buy again.

I wear a 9-9.5 and needed a 9.5 in this shoe. Toe box is wide, which is perfect for me... I do wear arch supports and had no trouble with them in this shoe... I love that the tongue is NOT high nor thick! This is my fourth pair of ON shoes, love them for running on the treadmill:)

I have high arch/high instep and these are incredibly comfortable and supportive. I wear an 8 or 8.5 in non-athletic shoes, and typically wear a 9 in running shoes. The 9 fit great. I also have the Cloud 2.0 which I love for running errands/casual wear - but like the added support and padding of the swift for long walks with the dog and jogging. Love the plum color...

These shoes worked out great for me! Originally saw them at Neiman Marcus, but Zappos is my go-to so I was super to find them here. I’m very picky when it comes to my workout shoes. For me the price it’s not important when it comes to the comfort of my feet & finding a shoe that fits just right. Typically my go to shoe is the Brooks Glycerin but I lately they have completely been hit or miss. My requirements are a neutral shoe, narrow heel, moderate to high arch and even though I am medium width I want something that has a wide foot bed. These fit the bill! Super cute, comfortable, light and they form to my foot without feeling tight. I like them so much I ended up getting in a second color. So glad I did because the shoes quickly became sold out almost everywhere. 6.5 in Brooks and these in a 6.5 fit perfect.

Wicked comfy!! On-Running is my new favorite brand for sneaks. I specifically purchased these for work. I’m an RN in a very busy OR and I work 10 hour shifts. These held up like a champ!! They only drawback I have to mention is that they slide on like a sock, no tongue. This makes for a VERY SNUG fit. Will have to wear thin no-show socks only with these.

I’ve had these shoes for five months and I’m actually pretty disappointed at how quickly they wore out, given how little I used them. I love this brand - these were my fourth pair by them - but they really seem to have failed me here. As you can see from the top photo, the shoes are so cute and look practically new, but the inside heel portion of the shoe has completely worn out. I did replace the insoles with a pair of Protalus insoles, as I have done with all of my other On Cloud shoes. Really bummed at the quality here.

Pros: light weight, neutral support and good for walking
Cons: too flat, not enough forefoot cushioning and no bounce for running. In addition, the odd rubber-like structure in middle of shoe may be latest fashion statement but makes it harder to cinch down on the laces. Will not run in them again.

Great looking shoe. More importantly, very comfortable for standing all day. I am a Nurse Anesthetist and do lots of standing. Was looking at Hoka brand but the ON won me over for style!

My first pair of On were the 2.0 but unfortunately those were casual everyday sneakers. I needed some for specifically running, especially for outdoors. I happen to stumble on these through a recommendation from an influencer that I follow on social media. She’s an avid runner whom recommended this particular style to me. I run about 25 miles or more a week and the pounding of the hard cement on my joints can be rough. I have arthritis in my knees. Trust me when I tell you, these are amazing to help cushion and support your knees and feet. I finally have found a pair of shoes that has given me the happiness of running again. The style is different than other familiar brands but I love the cool and sleek design. I just hope they make more colors. Ok, rant over, you won’t regret getting these if you are on your feet and want to run a little longer or harder and perform a little better than you did before!

I have terrible feet- Hallux Ridigus, Erosive RA and Erosive OA and I love these shoes.
I wore them walking the hills of Lisbon for 7 days and had very limited pain. For me, that is amazing.
But they are also stylish and finding stylish shoes that I can wear more than a few hours is so difficult.
I'm planning to buy more shoes from this company.

I was so excited to get these because I read that they are very comfortable and I love the look.
I purchased these in the beginning of lock down so they have not been used for the gym and I don’t run.
I basically only wear them maybe once a week to run errands. I prefer my Nike for working out.
Well after 8 months of extremely light wear I see there are holes by the heal the other day! I always untie my shoes and do not pull them off. Extremely disappointed with the quality of these shoes. I was considering ordering a second paid for summer, but after this I’ll pass and stick with Nike or Asics.
At $150 a pair I would expect much higher quality materials. Unfortuanlty, I do not recommend this brand.

I had to go up a half size.....I usually wear a size 7. These are really comfy, and I love this blush color. I get stopped all the time asking where I got them.

My Glaicer/White On Clouds were ordered in a size 8, Width: M (There were no other ordering options).
They arrived as 8W. I wore them around the house when I received them yesterday. They felt comfortable but my foot looked really wide in these shoes. My husband already cut up and tossed the box so I can not send them back. I am really disappointed having spent $140.00 + for this purchase because I had high expectations for this purchase.

I really wanted to like this shoe. I liked the feel and the weight of the Cloud, but it rubbed the lower part of my ankle bone. I tried the Cloudswift because they were cut lower by the ankle bones. The Cloudswift sole is much bigger. As I will who kick my calf while running, a larger sole is not a good option. And, the shoe feels much heavier. 4 ounces makes a bigger difference than I expected.

Ordered my OnClouds in Oct 2021, fit and comfort was great. I walk my dog twice a day which adds up to roughly 3 miles daily. So i use these shoes moderately. Fast forward 5 months and my OnCloud shoes are almost worn through the sole on my heels. Very disappointed in the wear and tear quality of these shoes. For that price point I would have expected these shoes to last longer than just 5 months. Won't be buying this brand again..

Super cute, bought the plum and absolutely think they’re pretty but that’s about it. There is zero arch support, they felt very wide and there is not much cushion overall. I expected better for the price so they were returned.

I bought these for my daughter because I find my own pair is so comfortable. She is really happy with them for running. She wears a 7 in shoes and 7.5 in running shoes. The 7.5 are just right. Neither of us likes the way the bottoms look, but the comfort is worth it. I love the way you can slip into them without having to untie them. The only downside is that pebbles get caught in the soles if you are on gravel.

I had to size up 1/2, since I wear custom orthotics. Initially thenshoe felt supportive around the sides, which I like since I’m recovering from a plantar fascia tear. Shoe is a slip on fit - like a sock/one piece... my problem is that the show feels like it is stretching out in less than 3 weeks and the laces now won’t stay tied to offer me that support. Contacted the manufacturer. Let’s see what happens.

I have another pair of on cloud shoes size 6 which are delightfully comfortable. I’ve worn them almost every day of the last year with the pandemic. I ordered a new pair but these size 6 were so small I could barely get into them. They are going back and I will have to find a store to try on in person as it looks like the sizing isn’t consistent across different models

These sneakers are amazing! I have run long distance races for years and have a lot of problems with my feet and hamstring. Long runs with no pain since purchasing these sneakers. I would highly recommend.

I was skeptical when I first put them on my feet.. I’m a fan of Hoka Ones and Brooke’s but have been having ankle, knee, and back pain like crazy during my 10 hour shifts. I do have rheumatoid arthritis so it does make it a little more difficult to find a good shoe. I put these on and at first was a little turned off by the lack of cushion, but after my first shift in these shoes my opinion changed. I have not had even the slightest throbbing sensations in my knees like I usually would 4 hours in. No swelling when shift is over. These shoes are the ONES! They are worth the price when they give you comfort like this!
