Hoka offered no refund

I have bought recovery sandals several years ago and they were great. Decided to get a new our and the quality is not the same. While the originals were made in China the new products are made in Viet Nam and the material is harder and does not have the rubber quality of the first generation recovery sandals. I will continue to purchase your running shoes unless I see a drop in quality as I have seen with your recovery sandal.

I love the look and fell and they were perfect when i received the slides. However, I wore them to the pool and they were out in the sun all day. When i went to put them on they had shrunk so much I could not wear them.

The recovery sandals hurt my little toe

I bought the slip-on sandles. Love the feel and support. Where the product fell short is the strap over the top of my foot is too tight for me. This will not allow my foot to slide all the way in and thus, my heel hangs out the back about a half inch. Wish I could try a larger set.

The slides were stiff as a board. I have a high arch and they simply did not fit.

I liked the footbed, very comfortable but the slide was way too wide for my feet. If HOKA made a slide with an adjustable strap I would definitely buy one.

Absolutely terrible. Slide sandal shrunk again, I have bought multiple pairs of hoka sneakers which i've been greatly satisfied. However the SLIDE SANDAL lasted 6 weeks. Wore 4 times and SHRUNK!!!

very disappointed , size 10 way too big , size 9 and my toes hang off end of slide.

I left my recovery slides in my car seat for about 4 hours, and now the shoes are at least a size and a half smaller. They were by far my favorite pair of shoes, so I may get a size too big and shrink them on purpose.

Very flimsy

It's going be hard since they canceled my order and then the next day they raised the price up. So I can't tell you how I really feel.

I gave them away to a friend who went to Disneyworld . At least someone would get use of them . Won't be buying anymore from hoka . My hoka shoes fit great when I buy a size 9, but not these sandals.

Although they were very comfortable, after taking the dog out for a walk they started to fall apart after the first week. I wasn't even running or anything in them. But hey maybe next pair will be for walking around in the house.

Had to return. Tried multiple sizes, never fit right. Feels cheap. Just a miss of a product overall.

So I bought these and the recovery flip flops. Slides were to narrow for my foot. Was going to keep flip flops and return slides and what a shocker "not eligible for return". This was my first and last experience with Hoka as a brand. I am a huge shoe guy and it's their loss.

I loved the color I ordered but they were not true to size. Being in just a plastic sleeve I was unable to return. I even called a place that sold Hoka shoes and they said they had to be sent back to Hoka.

They do not stay on the foot, as you walk your foot tends to migrate out of them.

Did not like one thing about these slides. Oh wait, yes I did; the 30 day free trial and returns! They're way too stiff. The footbed is made from a very platicy feeling material. Foot slides around and I got blisters. Never have I ever gotten blisters from any other high end slide.EVER! Go back to the drawing board in these HOKA!

The heel is so wide and the front is SO narrow even when exchanging for a different size twice nothing worked there is enough support like all hokas but the front part where your toes come out was extremely narrow like it wasn't even the same shoe

They do not hold my feet in proper position and are uncomfortable to wear. This is after I returned the size 10 for size 9. I normally wear a 10.5 shoe.

The slide offers great comfort on the bottom however I have been waiting for the top to stretch a little for my foot. It remains very snug.
