I've been a HUGE fan and avid user of the Hoka Bondi so I was very excited to see them offer some recovery shoes, thinking and hoping they'd be even more cush and comfy than my Bondi running shoes - Unfortunately, I tried both recovery shoes they offered and was totally bummed with each! Both lacked the cush, comfy support of even my Bondi shoes - Hoka, how about just making a slip-on version of the Bondi? That would be far superior in terms of support and plush ride over anything you currently have - Make a slip-on Bondi and I'll be the first to buy, and I'll bet many other would too!

Extremely plush shoe! The heal to toe drop is 5mm which provides a very easy walk. I bought this shoe due to back and hip injuries. I wear it inside only as my floors are hardwood and marble, there is not a slipper out there that can touch this shoe.

I call them my couch to refrigerator to bedroom recovery shoes. Orthotics fit fine. No pain after a day on my feet.

It's an $80 Walmart shoe. Hoka should be embarrassed to have put this shoe out at this price. In terms of fit, it would have been okay, but the elastic that's around the opening of the shoe was too tight. Besides that, the mesh upper was typical of a Walmart or other low budget slip on. In terms of comfort, this shoe is all hype with very little substance. For all the reviewers who talked it up to be like walking on clouds or marshmallows, or for those who talk about the cushioning being amazing...it's not, and those people clearly don't have much of a frame of reference when it comes to comfortable, cloud-like cushioning. You want to actually feel like you're walking on clouds? Get a pair of Adidas EQT 93/17's and thank me later. Same with the New Balance FuelCell Propel. THOSE ARE MAXIMUM CUSHION SHOES. This is is yet again, substandard in that area. Finally, materials. This shoe has no outsole. You're walking in and wearing out that chunky midsole from day one. In addition, and like I mentioned earlier, all the other materials, construction and overall look make it seem like the shoe you got at Payless only because you had to get something for the BOGO sale. Overall, stay away. There are better shoes out there. For those who have these shoes, sorry, you got duped. These are terrible in every sense of the word, and you just got taken for a ride.

Got these yesterday and wore them around the house for a few hours. They feel good so far. I'm a fan of Hoke One One's and thought these would be comfortable to wear around the house... they are! I usually get the men's size because I have a wide foot for a female. These are light-weight and I can see myself wearing them a lot this summer!

These shoes felt strange. The other Hokas are extremely comfortable but these are just not what I would expect from this brand.

The shoes are super comfortable and I use them in place of sandals or regular shoes. I go to the grocery store and anywhere just to knock around.

I am not sure what other people see , when I send a photo like I just did , but let me just say that I had hip surgery about 40 hours ago and these babies are Lifesavers. I just put them on and it’s like walking on a cloud. Perfect for what I need them for. Recovery! But I have a feeling they’re going to be my go to shoes throughout the summer. Excellent excellent brand with another excellent shoe for a specific need. Best shoes on earth all around. I think I now have about 10 pairs of HOKAS.

I wear my recovery shoes all the time in the house. The pain in my right foot was dramatically improved in just a few days.

I am on cement nearly all day and I use this recovery shoe exclusively. Early on after the purchase I made the mistake of wearing my Merrell shoes a couple of times. I will not be making that mistake again. I am ordering two more pair in other colors to allow alternating every day and leaving one pair specifically for use in our new house. The new house has heavy ceramic tile in the kitchen and the dining room and I can't stand on it for very long without these shoes. I really believe that these shoes are the best things that have happened to my old, tired, feet!

Great, comfy HOKA feel. I love the fact that they slip on as I will wear them around the house as “slippers”. My only complaint is that I’m a consistent size 10.5, but these shoes only come in whole sizes. I took the advise and ordered 11s. They’re a skosh too big, but am hypothesizing that 10s would be too snug. As others have said here, I wish they came in half-sizes.

These shoes are very nice but they fit big and stretch out fast. It only took three wears and my foot was sliding around. Now they are basically a sandal and not an all-day shoe. Pretty disappointing for the price considering how much I like my other Hokas. If you often buy Hokas on the 1/2 sizes, you might find these to fit poorlyz

Ordered Hoka Recovery shoes before my hip surgery on December 7, 2021. Read reviews and ordered one size larger than my other 3 Hoka Bondi 7s. Wore them to the hospital and everyday since, including outpatient therapy. Highly recommend them for recovery and comfortable slippers around the house.

The fit is perfect, but only after I bought what I thought would be the correct size and sent them back and bought smaller shoes. The whole story: I have always worn men's 11 in Hoka running shoes - lace up. I ordered 11's in the slip-ons which was too big. Turns out that 10's fit just fine and I'm enjoying the shoes a lot. No half-sizes are made, apparently. My 2 cents.

I mistakenly purchased size 12 because my Bondi 7 shoes are 11.5 2E. I should have ordered 11 as these don't come in intermediate sizes. Love my Bondi 7's and will definitely buy again as these wear out.
