We had brought one cheap fleeces and they wherever poor and all the fleece was wearing bad and leaving a trail of blue fleece everywhere my Husband was walking. I had Brough one of the waterproof coats and liked its the next step was to see what was available in the fleece dept. When I spotted this I thought my Husband would love this as he loves bright colours .

This is a great layer for skiing or hiking, lightweight, soft and cozy. The sleeves and body are a good length, don't ride up when you're reaching or bending. I found that it fits tighter than I expected. I'm quite slim and Arc'teryx size small fits me well in most things, but I wish I had sized up to medium in this one, just to get a bit more breathing room in the chest and armpits (and I'm only 34A). It feels a bit more like a base layer fit. Still, it's nice layer, I'm just more likely to tuck it under a vest - Atom SL is a perfect compliment - than wear it alone.

This is the third Delta I have purchased. They make great layering pieces and can be worn by themselves on cooler days. This year the Delta seems a little shorter and tighter than last year (I am 6 ft. and 180 lbs. I like to be able to wear a t-shirt under the Delta on occasions and this year it is a little snug. I like the addition of the small sleeve pocket. Overall a great purchase.

I received this pullover as a gift and am really happy with the quality! Its very warm and comfortable and I'm excited to use it on the slopes as a mid-layer. The only con is that it is a little short at the waist but it isn't too much of an issue. Other than that, it fits perfectly at the shoulders and the arms are a good length as well! Hopefully the next generation one is a fraction longer!

Love this fleece. It definitely runs small, especially if you have a medium-large bust. I originally got a size small, but sized up to the medium. Honestly there wasn't a huge difference in fit - I was happy to see the medium wasn't suddenly baggy in fit. It just gave a tiny bit more room in the bust and waist. I would still go with a little but more room in the bust (I'm a 34C), but I still love the fleece. I recommend sizing up if you plan to wear anything underneath it. For reference, I'm comfortably a size small in the Atom LT Jacket and the Thorium AR Jacket. The slim fit is great for climbing or layering over without feeling too bulky. Wrists are a tight fit that helps them stay in place

I hiked the Camino de Santiago in Spain and this layer was perfect for the range in temperatures. It packed small, looked great and felt amazing. It is the best fleece I have ever owned so I was disappointed when after two weeks of hiking it started pilling under the arms and on my waist where my waist belt was. It did not compromise the performance but it doesn't look at nice.

Perhaps very well made but even with size small it fit like a good medium and neck size made for a wrestler, at least a good 2 inches of an excess.

This piece is so light and warm, a perfect midlayer for high output activities. It's not trim fit though. It's athletic fit and it's long in the body. My Nuclei Hoody and my Covert Hoody are shorter than the Delta LT. Would like something simular with a trim fit. 186cm, 86kg, chest 110cm, wearing large

This jacket is awesome; but is it normal for the arcteryx logo to be anchored/have a rectangular white piece fabric on the inside of the sweater?

I love the fit of this shirt. I find the longer zip to be quite versatile for big temperature changes and the overall weight of the fleece to be suitable through those same temp changes. Unfortunately, it's pilling - I've never known fleece to pill...(???). I had only worn it twice when I noticed the pilling in the underarms and along the sides. I really like the cut but I expected more at this price point.

I have a bunch of pieces from arcteryx and they have all been flawless until this one. This item just feels so overpriced for what it is, and it runs TIGHT. The chest area doesn't have much stretch to it, and as a 36DD, I'm definitely squeezing a bit. For reference I am a solid L in everything Arcteryx sells, and am 5'2. I'm quite curvy with an athletic frame and weigh 170. I much prefer the other baselayers in their lineup to this one. It also makes me laugh that there is only one size above the one I have, because I'm not a particularly large human. I'm bummed because I took the tag off expecting it to stretch more, but it's just so uncomfortable around my arms and chest.

I bought this about 1.5 months ago and am mostly happy with it. Pros: The material weight is perfect for high output activity in freezing temperatures or spending time in the house/office. The zip neck is a great option as you are able to vary the level of ventilation when needed, but the front doesn't bunch up when sitting like a full zip sweater. Cons: The fit is far too short in most positions. While standing upright the sleeves are an appropriate length that comes to my wrists, but while driving, bending over, reaching into a bag or reaching above my head the sleeves ride up halfway up my forearm. Additionally, the waist rides above all of my t-shirts creating a differently coloured band at my waist which looks bad. While I understand the intention of the arm pocket is to hold an RFID ski pass, that is such an edge case that I don't think it's worth including. Plus, the arm pocket makes rolling up the sleeves very uncomfortable.

I have several older (couple years old) versions of the Delta LT Zip in XL size and they fit perfectly. I'm 6'2, 220. I received a new one over the holidays and the XL fit has changed. The new fit was baggy and the sleeves were too long (came down to my knuckles). I tried to exchange for a Large but that size was too short in the torso. I ended up doing a refund. Sad that my favorite top has changed and I have to look elsewhere.

To echo comments below, the 2019 revision is dramatically shorter as well as boxier than the previous versions. This falls in line with the changes to the jacket version, despite both being described as having a longer fit. If you have a tall/slim build, this won't work for you; if you're on the shorter and stockier end, then it may fit better than before. While the fit is a real disappointment, the design does look much better with the logo moved to the sleeve vs front, cleaned up seams and stitching, and new trim around the collar, hem and cuffs. Overall it looks more modern and sleek, though I see no need for a sleeve pocket on a piece like this. To illustrate I compared both new and old in the photos below. The new is roughly 1.5" shorter in a medium and barely covers my belt, and that's with my arms down. The previous version comfortably covers my front pockets. Hope some changes can be made for 2020. In the meantime I'm going to get another previous season Delta before they disappear.

Just purchased the revised pullover and unfortunately have to return it! I'm 5'7 with an athletic build and always wear size large for everything. This was simply too short and barely made it down to my belt line. I've never had this problem before and typically I find shirts too long, if anything. I was very impressed with the quality and comfort so I am a bit bummed I needed to return this one. I'll try this again when they get their length issue sorted out as this seems to be a common issue with the revised version.

I have owned many Delta LTs over the last few years and consider it my favourite ever fleece but the brand new model for 2019 is oddly short in the body. In the last three weeks I have bought both old and new models in size large. The old model is the wonderful light and comfy garment I remember, but the new ones in the same size are more than 2 inches shorter in the body. In fact they feel too short to wear. This seems odd because the description says they are longer than last year's model. That is definitely not the case. I have the new model in three different colours and all of them are much shorter than last year's garment... and sadly too short to wear.

Bought this as a versatile mid layer; usually do merino; change up for versatility; have an older version of Delta Lt zip, couple seasons ago, fits great, new model inconsistent sizing in same size, same shirt; in other words, three mediums (Delta Lts) all fit differently, some way, way too tight; some a bit better yet still very snug, same with the large versions in the same store, Michigan. Quality control tightening please; I have a lot of your gear from recent years; and make them more suitable for athletic builds, a bit more room in the shoulders, and trimmer in waist....thanks!! Recommended with reservations, took a lot of time to find one that works.

Arcteryx pants are great. They come in a variety of lengths and waist fits. Unfortunately, it's not the case of the tops. The smaller chest/waist sizes come with significantly shorter sleeve lengths. Tall, slim builds (which is common these days) are not catered for. The top is good in other respects but its use is restricted due to the loose fit of the Large. Medium with 3cm shorter sleeves is too short for a 6ft 2 person.
