I was looking for waterproof and stylish and got both! I walked all over Dublin and Cork, Ireland for the last week wearing these boots every day. No breaking in necessary. Spared my feet from the rain perfectly. I don't wear a heel often, so I feared my lower back would be sore, but I was fine. I never wore the sneakers I packed just in case. They slip on and off real easy, and you can even pull them on with the little hook on the back. I normally wear an 8 and ordered an 8 and they fit great with the medium-weight socks I wore with them. Bonus: they don't set off airport metal detectors, so I'll be wearing these for travel all the time!

Cutest rain boots ever! These can pass for real boots! Very comfortable. The sock-like opening is soft and still secure enough to help the boot stay on. I wear 9 1/2 in most shoes and normally wear a 9 in hunter boots but i sized up to a 10 in this style, as was recommended by the Hunter sales rep. (So awesome of the Zappos customer service to call them for me to ask sizing advice!) The 10 is roomy but fits comfortably.

I needed rain boots that were both comfortable running around the city and stylish with an array of outfits. These pair perfectly with both skirts and pants; and the higher heel keeps long hems from dragging in puddles. I wear a size 7 U.S. and have a high arch. These fit me well. If you don't mind a somewhat looser ankle you might buy one size larger and add sheep-skin liners for winter warmth.

Super cute and would be perfect except the opening was way too loose around my ankle. It just gaped and had no support, so I had to return them.
