Really love these running shoes extremely comfortable and durable I've had my last air for a year and a half and work out/run 5 days a week

Great running shoes for the trail or hardball. I don't notice them on my feet, which is exactly how it should be.

After many years off running due to knee and ankle injuries from the army, I got a pair of these to try (at least) long walking on the mountain bike trails I use. Then I started to run. The heel support is technology I have never experienced before. The support takes the stress off my ankle. Other shoes would feel as if you need to balance on the shoe to run with it. I'm not running the 4 mile with 600ft ascent once or twice per week.

I've been running with ASICS since I got my first pair while stationed in the 2nd Infantry in South Korea. We ran 10 miles every Friday and they never let me down. I really liked the olive/grey/black color scheme on the Gel Sonoma 4 & was also due for new runners. I've only been one one run with this shoe, but they are a perfect fit (true to size), extremely light, great support and very very comfortable right out of the box. I generally wear a wide size, but ordered standard this time and they are a perfect fit. Lots of ventilation, did I mention incredibly light? The tongue has a loop that extends to the very top of it to lace through to keep from sliding to the side (my last pair had this issue of the tongue not staying centered, so this is a MUCH welcomed feature). This shoe feels so light that I initially questioned the quality/durability of materials: time will tell but after one run I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.

I wore this shoe for a 20+ mile hike (roundtrip) in Arizona. I was torn between these and the GT-2000 7 Trail (women) since they felt very similar in comfort and support. I ultimately went with these because I loved the color and price point. I was a bit nervous because I typically wear stability shoes for running and didn't have time to break these in before my trip, but these did not disappoint. I had no trouble with blisters or discomfort at all during my long hike. They also managed to stay relatively clean, even with the red dirt all over the place in Arizona. Highly recommend these!

the shoe fits nice, according to other models, that makes it easy to buy online, specially out of the US (as i am). The only "problem" would be that i was expecting a "harder" toe box for an outdoor shoe, the black piece in the front is soft leather

The only negative is they seem to wear out a little fast.

The comfort wasn't bad on this could be better. I do like the traction. Quality seems a little bit on the cheaper end but still better than Nike's and Adidas for the price range. Size is true to fit. The traction is good for trail runs. I would buy again!

I bought these shoes for trail hiking and running, and they have been solid. Because others mentioned the potential for sizing issues I purchased two pairs, one my normal size and one 1/2 size larger; good thing, as the normal size did not fit (too snug in toe box and across base of toes. But the larger size fits just fine.

Comfortable but the left shoe seems to have an issue. It sticks into the side of my left foot.

Only had a few weeks, have noticed they are more breathable than other pairs in the past. Super soft sole. Hopefully they will last
