I ordered a half size bigger than my regular size based on Zappo's True Fit recommendation, and the fit was perfect. I was looking for a winter boot to wear with dresses and dressier pants, and this style is exactly what I wanted. I was a little skeptical of the heel height (I like my shoes to be comfortable), but when I tried them on, I was completely surprised! They might be the most comfortable heels I've every owned. I also appreciate that the ankle opening is smaller than many ankle boots. I have smaller calves and ankles, and many boots in this style are huge around my ankle. The smaller opening on these works with skirts and dresses without looking clunky.

These booties are very cute and versatile. With leggings or dresses they look great. They run small so I had to exchange for the next size which fit better ..HOWEVER ultimately I had to return these because I'm getting older and that much heel ( which isn't very much ?) hurts my feet and back. If they came with a lower heel I'd be good to go !

These boots are amazingly comfortable. I was looking for boots to wear to the office that would not hurt my feet by the end of the days. These are perfect. The memory foam foot bed makes these incredibly comfortable. I wore them from 7am to 10pm and they were still comfortable at the end of the day. The heel is a hard rubber so these shoes don't make any loud noises as you walk along a tiled hallway and makes these very slip resistant. I really can't say enough good things about this boot.

This is my second pair! I have bunions and ingrown toenails that constantly plague me and these boots feel wonderful right out of the box. I love them.

These are so cute and comfortable. I vary between a 7.5 and 8, so I ordered both. Really, both sizes fit but I kept the 7.5 because I know they'll stretch a bit, being suede. I've been ordering bootie after bootie and finally found one that is not only really cute, but very comfortable right out of the box.

I'm so happy with these boots. I have VERY sensitive feet and can only wear shoes with well built, cushioned insoles. I add cushioned liners to my shoes or buy brands with lots of cushioning. Skechers is my favorite for sneakers and casual shoes. I haven't bought a pair of shoes with a heel taller than an inch in years because they are too painful. But these boots are cushy and comfortable. And cute. The only negative is that the sole is a fairly rigid plastic that was very slippery until I walked on concrete to rough them up. I wouldn't risk them on ice or any place with low traction. I wish they had a more rubbery sole.

I usually wear a size 8, but had to return the 8 for an 8.5 in this shoe as the 8 was a bit too small. These are super comfortable and the little fringe on the zipper is fun.

The memory foam is very comfy. Overall cute shoe.

Not the most confortable boots... good style and great look.

Loved the design and the feel of these boots. Very chic. However for some reason this 11 was too tight for me. I also have the same problem with Steve Madden shoes. And I have narrow skinny feet. The shoe fit like a glove instead. Sadly they don’t offer half sizes in my size so I had to return
