These boots are so cute and go with everything, but they are already falling apart and I've had them for about two weeks. The coloring on the heel is rubbing off and the suede is fraying. They are also horrible to break in, you will need lots of bandaids! I returned another pair about a month ago and am still waiting for a refund despite calling the company, so I would not buy them again.

The color and leather are beautiful, but the fit did not work. I am a true 5 1/2 and ordered that size first. Way too small. Then I ordered the size 6 and my heel was slipping out of the back. I think the back of the boot should be higher

Same experience, the top of the right boot has a chunk of leather peeled off already. I have had these shoes since only Black Friday. Worn them 3 times only for the past 3 weeks. I'm very upset that I thought this is a good quality leather boots. But now it looks like they're not. They seem have the same quality of pleather that's peeling, which is sad because these shoes are supposed to be leather.

I literally live in my Breah style Lucky Brand booties that I bought nearly four years ago. The leather, zippers, and most importantly the heal of the booties have stood the test of time and I still get compliments on them when I where them. When I saw these Basel Flat Booties, I figured that they looked almost exactly like my Breah style booties, so I bought them in the cognac brown leather. I had them shipped to my local Lucky store and upon opening them up was already disappointed. The brown leather already showed several scratches and scuffs and the leather looked so cheap. Trying them on and walking around in the store with them, the poor quality of the leather made itself so much more apparent as it was stiff and already digging into my ankles. So NOT the quality I had come to expect in my Lucky Brand shoes. The salesperson told me in a whisper "We are getting A LOT of people saying the same thing." Come on Lucky Brand, I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, please don't do this to us.

Really disappointed. This boot shipped to me because it wasn't available in store. Well the pair I got is all scuffed up like someone wore them! Not what I would expect for nice leather boots. I will be returning.

I adored these boots so so much when I got them! But less than a year later the heels are completely destroyed. The heels are rubber, and separated from the leather uppers and no cobbler I've taken them to could fix them. I'm heartbroken that I can't fix them, so I will have to find some other brand to replace them.

Waited a long time to buy these and am very disappointed I feel like I got a different boot the toe and heel are not slightly darker color. The toe seems more round than pictured and then the model I have tried in the store. Also arrived with mild scratches in leather. Expected perfection but got average #SWEEPSTAKES

sad. these run about a full size smaller than advertised. order next half size up. also, even though I love the style with two working zippers, the ankle opening at the tops really wide so they don't look as good with a leg showing or with tights and a skirt.

They are super comfy and cute but they chipped the first day in several places at the toe and sides.

I have wanted these booties for a couple years, and finally this year broke down and purchased them. To my disappointment, the toe box has creased oddly, to the point they sometimes hurt to wear. I had planned on purchasing them in brown as well, but now will not.

Extremely comfortable boot! The outside material however wears very quicky- so expect this boot to last only about half a season.

I loved these booties since the moment I tried them on. They are very comfortable but the quality is bad. They didn't last more than a season, the leather has marks everywhere and it is now peeling off.

I bought these booties in the fall and it has only been a few months and it looks like they are 3 years old. The leather got lots of creases and mishapen. Very easily stains. Very narrow toe and kinda uncomfortable. Cute when you first get them, but not anymore

I'm not sure why I don't agree with most of these reviews, but this bootie is very uncomfortable. It runs narrow and has no cushioning in the insole whatsoever. I'm sorry I bought this, even though I got an incredible sale. It's kind of cute though, but looks very cheaply made.

I got this boot as a gift and was so excited to wear them, as they are so cute! Unfortunately, I had to squeeze my foot into the size 8.5 booties, and after wearing it an entire day, hoping to wear into it, my feet had blisters. I tried it a few more times to see if wearing it more would help stretch it, but it really is just sized too small for what it is. I really should have gotten a size 9 or 9.5. I don't have the receipt for them, but I'd love to try the bigger sizes, as I've gotten so many complements on them when I wore them, but they are just a bit too expensive for me. oh well...

My first time wearing these they scuffed considerably, revealing a cloth underlayer. I am disappointed in how quickly they were damaged; I really wanted to like them.

I teach school and wear these boots almost every day. They are very versatile and go with many different things.

I received a pair of the black Basel booties for Christmas and there's a spot where the leather has ripped off. I have a pair of brown Basel boots for 2 years now and have not had any problems.

Bought a pair in black in the fall absolutely loved them. Got a pair in tan for Xmas as a gift. Didn't bother to try them on for several weeks when I did, they seemed a little tight. Wore them for an hour or so, very painful. Check the lining and both pair are marked a size 9M. When I put the bottoms of the shoes together, it is evident that the tan pair is shorter. Too late to be returned so I am out the shoes and the money. Do not assume that the same exact shoe in a different color will fit!

I purchased these boots in July of 2020 and only wear them seasonally, so they are not worn April-September. Both bottoms have come undone/detached from the shoe. They do not hold up well. They were comfortable but not even worn that often and they fall apart.

I received nothing but an email saying that I was receiving a refund for my return. I never received the boots and did not request that the order be cancelled. When I tried to call the customer service number shown on the email and the site, it said that the number was not in service. At least I got my money back, I guess.

Ordered my size and they ran small

I bought the exact pair in 2017 and they were one of the best, comfortable, and versatile shoes I've owned. I've worn them out, so I bought the same pair around December of 2020, thinking it would be the exact shoe, but it is not. They are higher and the fit is uncomfortable. I was not made aware that they had updated the shoe model. If I had known this, I would not have bought this shoe. I would like a refund!

Soles are poor quality, the color has worn off the rubber and it's all beige now. Looks old after two wears!

The boots were not at all what I expected as far as quality goes. I could barely get the boot on my foot I had to unzip both a zipper. There were no dark edges on the front of the booth in the quality of the leather was less than par. So he had to pay for the shipping of the booth and then to ship them back $18 in total I long. I will never purchase from lucky again online
