I'm normally a size 11 and this boot in size 11 was very tight, it is more like a 10 or a 10.5. Nice suede and shape, a little pointy at the front but fashionably so.

Beautiful shoe, color & quality. Narrow toe box didn’t work for me. Sizing up relieved that but was too large for the rest of my foot and my heel slipped. I was so disappointed to feel the need to return these. Previous purchases of Aquatalias have always served me so well.

I am a loyal Aquatalia fan. Their shoes/boots are so well made and last a very long time; worth the investment to me (sales are always nice though!). This bootie was the exact style I was looking for; however as other reviewers stated, it was too tight in the toe box. I have normal width feet, nothing tricky. I returned these booties because the toe box was uncomfortable - I'm sure sizing up would have made it too big overall. I found a similar Aquatalia bootie style (Toni) and it fit much better, more like what I'm used to in an Aquatalia bootie.

This is a gorgeous boot. Very stylish and beautiful workmanship. I was sad to return them. The toe box was just too narrow for me and I could tell a larger size would just be too big all over as the heel and the rest of the shoe fit perfectly. It was narrow across the widest part of the foot - where the ball of the foot is. Leather was nice and the fit looked great around the ankle and was comfortable. Not as much padding/arch support as I would like in a boot but I still would have been happy to wear it to work. It needed like 0.5 cm more in the side of the toe box to not crunch the side of the foot.

I've looked and looked for a dressier boot to wear with leggings. I must have purchased and returned 5 other boots. Until this one. Just what I was looking for. I should have gone to Aquatalia first because these boots always work for me. A bit pricey, but the quality is worth it.

This boot was $276.00 a few weeks ago and is now $395.00. NOT NICE!

Wow I love these boots so much. I've been an Aquatalia fan for years and I think these are my new favorite. I got the Taupe and it's the perfect cool-toned brown for my wardrobe of jewel tones and neutrals. Size wise, I agree they run a little small in the forefoot. I wear either 7.5 or 8 and the 8 in these fits me well if I wear a thin sock. I'd be nice if they were a little roomier, but Italian shoes are almost always narrow so I'm happy these fit at all. The arch support is decent for me. I wear these to the office and out around NYC. If I wear them for a prolonged activity like a party, my feet hurt a bit by the end of the night, but are back to normal once I take them off.

Crazy pricey but comfortable. If u have a very very tough time finding comfy boots, this could be for u. I still had to put inner soles in bc I like a very soft landing but with this slight adjustment they were keepers for me!

I like these booties so much and I wish that I had been able to keep them. They were uncomfortable around the top and rubbed my shin when I walked.

The style of this boot is spot on. I have a high arch and probably should stick to a wider width for shoes that cover that part of my foot. This felt very snug and I really regret having to return it.

Ugh. I really wanted these to work. So narrow in the tow box for me.

I ordered a size 9 which I wear in other Aquatalia boots. This was very tight all around the whole foot. It felt much smaller than my size 9 Aquatalia boots. Be forewarned that you will need at least a half size and possibly a whole size larger in this boot, so it is challenging to order online.

Size 8 fit - that's what I typically wear across brands like Franco Sarto, Clarkes, Blondo, and Josef Seibel so you get an idea of what I'm comparing it to. I have a very curated wardrobe so I'm very picky about the shoes that make the cut. These boots replaced a pair of Franco Sartos that I had for years and wore to pieces. I was a little concerned about Aquatalia Fuoco as the Francos had a square toe and these a pointier toe. But after rolling three five other boots cost less, I said what the hxxx - go for it - and I did and I'm so glad. These boots are fantastic. They're sleek and sophisticated (and my feet don't look like I'll ride home on a horse) and oh so comfy. I've worn on multiple on-your-feet eight plus hour days and my feet were happy. Yes, they're more than I usually pay for shoes but I feel it was worth the investment. The one think I'm disappointed in was that I posed a follow-up question about water-resistance vs. waterproof because the video definitely says waterproof and the Zappos question answer person contradicts that by saying waterproof. Zappos is usually spot in in replying to customers so that was just the teensiest of let-downs. Thanks, though, for a great site with a massive selection and unbeatable return policy for us finicky shoe people!

These booties are absolutely gorgeous in person and worth every penny. They are wearable works of art. I am normally a size 6, and the 6 in these booties fit perfectly. I'm going to take amazing care of them so they last as long as possible.
