I found these to be true to size. I followed advice of other reviewes and ordered 1/2 size down and they were too small. Had to exchange for my typical size. Gorgeous, classic take on the combat boot.

Ok, I've been looking for 'combat' boots for over 3 years now, yes! 3 years! and I finally found them! The leather is if you'll excuse the expression 'enough to die for. I initially saw them on another size and when I went back for my size they were gone. But thanks to zappos I got them! However, you must order 1/2 size down. The fit is great and for the first time ever! I can wait for it to get cold so I can wear them!! You will not regret this purchase, and it's totally worth the price. So go for it!

Website says to order 1/2 size down and they fit perfectly (usually 7.5 and ordered a 7). I loved them until my 29 year old daughter told me that I was too old to wear them. Great looking boot but sadly I returned them.

Oh, how I fell in love with these shoes. I'm always a fan of a neutral dark shoe, since my wardrobe tends to lean darker. I'm a fan of the Chelsea style and bought a pair of Thursdays in black leather to have a black shoe I could. But the laces on these were out of a dream. One of my friends was gifted these by her mom and didn't like them, and of course she's two sizes smaller than me so I was devastated I couldn't take them off her hands. But I was thrilled to see Zappos had them massively reduced and I decided to treat myself. I have high arches and high insteps, so while these will take some breaking in, they are already more comfortable and less blister-causing than some other shoes I have had to break in, like Thursdays (which I also love and worth breaking in) and Fryes (again, I love them). The leather is incredibly soft and comfortable right out of the box. A definite recommend.

Gorgeous! But I should’ve gone with my true size. Went with a 1/2 size smaller like reviews suggested and regret it. They really hurt my feet after an hour of wearing them

These boots run a half size large. I would normally buy an 8, but went with the 7.5 and they fit perfect. This is a very narrow boot which provides great snug support for me personally, but may not be suitable for wider feet/ankles. I got these as a feminine alternative to my clunkier Docs.

I am so in love with these boots! I ordered mine in croc print and they are really beautiful. I have wide feet, so I initially ordered 8.5, but ended up reordering 7.5 for a perfect fit.

I love these boots. They felt perfect right out the box. I have worn them for 8 hours straight and had 0 issues. They are even more beautiful in person. Very classy and well made. I am going to put a lot of miles on these bad boys.

Very nice leather, great quality beautiful boot.

Only real issue is that right out of the box the black dye ran onto my carpet. Not sure if it will stop coming off the boot
