Very disappointed with my polo shirts. I stopped wearing RL polos about ten-years ago. This past summer I thought I'd give them another try. My RL polos are not what I expected. Here's why: 1) they did shrink...quite a bit actually, 2) Oddly, my shirts all are tagged "Large" however non of them are the same size in measurements...they are not even close, 3) Why do some shirts have a permanent collar crease? I wish non of them did. This is not defined/identified on the web site, 4) Boy, have they faded! They are on a couple of months old.

It doesn't feel like cotton at all. It feels like polyester or some other type of synthetic material. I'm hugely disappointed. I wanted 100% cotton. Maybe it is? I don't know. It'd fool me if the tag said polyester.

I wear and own many polo shirts, the recent green one I received is unusually small, especially after washing.

I love these shirts, but have bought several now - both Regular Fit and Custom Slim Fit and noticed that the collars on each can be differently sized - by as much as 3/8 of an inch. Moreover, there is no consistency to it being on the Custom Fit or Regular - the different sized collars can be on either. Why does it matter? Because it contributes to collars rolling, etc. Personally, I prefer the larger collars.

XL is way to big. I usually wear XL, and the width is over oversized.

THIS POLO IS A NICE FIT AND I LIKE THE FEEL OF COTTON SINCE A LOT OF COMPANIES ARE GOING THE STRETCH ROUTE. ANOTHER PLUS IS PLENTY OF COLOR CHOICES. HOWEVER, AND THIS HAS YET TO BE FIXED, THE SIDE AT THE BOTTOM WHERE THE TWO HALVES OF THE SHIRT MEET, IS WEAK. THERE IS NO EXTRA STITCHING AND THE CORNER FRAYS AND SPLITS, NO GUSSET STITCH TO HELP SUPPORT THIS SEAM. THESE ARE NOT CHEAP SHIRTS AND OTHER BRANDS HAVE FIGURED THIS OUT . PLEASE FIX !!!!!!!!!!

Great polo for the price, the fabric is very soft and comfy to wear, the collar is flimsy, overall a great summer polo. I am 6'7 230 and the XL fit well, plenty of length.

The custom slim is fitted just right in almost every aspect except for the length. Both the sleeves and the waist are too short. I'm 5'10", and wear medium. Large wouldn't be fitted properly, and medium is too short.

It runs very big, I suggest buying a size down if your not tucking it in.

I don't feel like this fit right at all not even in the length and I am a basic lg normally. The color is nice and did not fade when I washed it but it definitely wasnt a shirt for me I also prefer 3 over 2 buttons

Disappointed in the soft-touch/interlock cotton shirt. The fabric is soft, but very thin. It's not the same as the "brushed cotton" used to be. There seem to be different names for the same thing "soft touch" and sometimes "interlock". The images look the same, but the shirts actually have three buttons as well.

The quality has gone down hill bad. The shirt shrunk a lot. The material is thin. It's the worst polo I've ever bought. I will never buy polo again.

I am die hard Ralph Lauren since the 1990"s. High School, College and Work. Some Friends from Decades ago tell me that when they go department stores and see the RL Brand that i come to their mind. Anyways, stationed in overseas and order it four polo shirts soft ones waited three weeks and first arrived, material was Cheap, the stitches is coming of and it shrunk after first wash. The rest of the shirts arrived and i am picking them up tomorrow and boy am i worried. I thought ordering straight from the company that i would get the best Material boy was i Wrong. Macy's polo was much better.

I have worn Ralph Lauren Polo shirts for decades. I finally got around to getting two new ones as mine were showing wear. I was immediately disappointed upon opening the package. Compared to my older shirts, these shirts have substantially thinner and far lower quality material. I am very disappointed to see the quality of yet another staple cheapened. I can only assume that people who give these shirts five star ratings have no idea how much better they used to be. For the price, they are definitely not worth it.

I've been buying the "iconic" Polo pique shirt for years My most recent purchase of 2 white classic fit in Nov of 2023 was very disappointing. The shirt's fabric is lighter than before. The banded rib cuff was simple sewn on. The is no tension in the rib. Absolutely not worth $110. After a lot of years Polo has lost a customer.

Much too large and square shaped. Texture was rough, not soft at all. Sent back.

I have been a customer for decades. Unfortunately the quality of your polo shirts continues to go down while the price goes up. It is sad. I have polo shirts that are ten years old and they have longer tails and much softer cotton than these new ones. The new ones are like cardboard and not long enough to be tucked in. I assume your competitors are doing the same thing. I hope this review gets to someone who can do something to improve the quality of your productsa long time customer

I have been wearing classic fit mesh Polo shirts for over 30 years. I wear size large. I ordered three shirts all size large. Two that were made in Cambodia were sized perfectly, as always. The third, that was made in China and is labeled large, is at least XL or possibly XXL. It's been washed and will not shrink enough for me to wear. Can I return/exchange it?
