I ordered a 9.5 (American sizing). I typically wear a 9, but based on other reviews I sized up a bit and it was the right way to go. With medium weight socks they fit perfectly. I have a narrow heel with a narrow to average toe box so these shoes fit perfectly. As mentioned, a little snug getting on and off, but worth it if it means the boot stays on your foot/heel, which is the case. Super cute and super versatile. Like having 2 boots in one. Excellent leather quality. Worth the investment.

I absolutely love these. Runs at least a half size small (in fact correctly sized in UK/Aus/EU sizing, but the conversion to US sizes is off). I like to be able to walk 2-4 miles per day in the usual course of things, and these are extraordinarily comfortable for doing so. They look great and the fit is far better for me than the comparable ones I tried on from Madewell and Doctor Martens. I have narrow-ish feet but knobbly toe joints.

I bought a half size larger than what I normally wear. I am usually a size 6 or 6.5. That's a 3.5. That was too tight. The 4 fit perfectly. Easy on and off and very comfortable. I do have narrow feet. They fit snug around but not tight. Even went hiking in them. You can do casual or dress up .

I wore these every day on my safari trip to Kenya and Tanzania, these were my go-to boots...and in the evening they were adorable with a dress or romper at dinner. For me the short heel makes them quite a bit more comfortable than the classic Blundstone 500 (which I have and love, too). These are the perfect combination of rugged, cute, and practical. I definitely needed to size up 1/2 size...which is not the case with the classic. Rustic brown.

I'm most often a 10, sometimes 9.5, 41 in Euro, so I ordered a 10 (7 Aust) and it was a little too snug. I like to have some room in the toe box so my toes don't get smashed. I think I'll try to find a 10.5 (7.5 Aust) somewhere else. They're super cute and quite stylish with a little bit of an urban edge. My 18 yo niece has these and wears them with "everything."

Beautiful boots but small and narrow. Returned them and ordered a similar style in unisex since 10 didn't fit and it was the largest size.

I wear these for bartending/waiting. They are holding up beautifully. My feet aren’t exhausted after a night of work, occasionally the ball of my foot will hurt, extra padding might be needed in times. They aren’t what I’d call breathable but I don’t have sweaty feet. They only slip around on wet surfaces when you want them to. They definitely get easier to slide off and on

Oh, Blundstone 1671...how do I love thee. Very much, except that I have high arches, and this style is just too painful across the top of the foot to wear for more than a trying-on. Sigh. Will return to wearing my other Blunnies (1630, for those of you who also have high arches and are looking for a Blundstone boot that feels good), and be grateful that my feet can wear them.

These are the cutest boots out there right now and I wanted them to fit like a glove and make my boot dreams come true. Sadly, this didn't happen. First I ordered the 6.5 and they were uncomfortably tight, like I would not want to put them on even to break in for a while. Returned those and ordered the 7 (I go between a 6.5 and a 7 in most shoes) and those were sloppy feeling but still a little tight at the front end, with my heel slipping, a blister would definitely have happened. So with great sadness I returned those too and now am on the hunt for another dream boot.

If you don't have narrow feet and skinny ankles, you probably won't be able to get your feet inside these boots, even if your foot would fit the footbed! I'm rather small-boned and thin and even for me it was so much a struggle I considered returning. I was concerned that the ankle-squeeze these boots have would cut off my circulation but overall these boots are comfy to wear and walk around in and most importantly, warm!

I may have found my Perfect Boots. A long time ago, I had some perfect-for-me boots by Ariat -- that I was unable to replace when I wore them to shreds. I have had perfect-for-me boots by Frye and Cole Haan, and almost perfect-for-me boots by Doc Martens and Blundstone. I say all of this to set the stage for my newest pair of Blunnies. In American women's shoes, I consistently wear a 10 B. In European Brands I usually wear a 41 or 42. In Blunnies, I've settled at an 8 -- which is a full size larger than the size chart would recommend. (Sadly, since Zappos didn't carry an 11, I had to go elsewhere for my perfect boots.) These are comfortable right out of the box, with decent arch support and comfortable insoles. While they don't have the bounciness of Docs, these boots will see me through a day that includes a lot of walking. The heel is just the right comfortable height -- and I actually prefer it to the traditional flatter Blunnies. They are also a LOT easier to tug on and off than my last pair of women's Blunnies, and I'm assuming that they'll last forever -- in the tradition of other Blundstone boots that I have owned. My only complaint is the presence of lots of teeny tiny holes in the material that makes up the heels. I'm assuming -- and hoping? -- that this is an aesthetic concern rather than a defect that will impact the durability of the boots. Still, for close to $200, I would have expected quality control to catch something like this. Short version: As a 10B I went up a whole size to an Aussie size 8. These boots are comfortable, versatile, casual office appropriate, and pretty much everything that I'd want from a boot and expect from Blunnies.
I'd also recommend:

I love these! Comfortable right out of the box. I am a 7.5-8 and the 8 was perfection. I will be able to wear these around the farm, dress them up with leggings and dresses, I will get s lot of use from here boots. Also will be ordering more! Sorry Frye but blundstone will be my new favorite, much better made these days!

I normally wear a 9 but size up in winter boots and running shoes if I want a little more toe room. I did that with these boots and am so glad. I can wear smart wool socks, keeping me warm AND be cute in the winter—a rare combination. This has to be about as comfortable as it gets for a heeled boot. They look great with everything. I hope they never stop making these.

I’m so glad I decided to go with these! They’re awesome! I am almost always an 8.5-9 in US sizes or a 40 in EU, and the 6 works perfectly! They’re tight, but I look forward to breaking them in. I live in DC and got these to wear in the rain/snow/slush and they look like they’ll hold up well against the elements. The leather is treated and doesn’t scuff like normal oiled leather. The heel doesn’t feel high at all! It’s amazing! I could easily wear these on my long walks to and from the metro! Definitely worth the investment! I bought 3 different pairs of Blundstones and will be returning the other 2.

They hurt hella bad at first. They’re so tight across the midsection of my foot and they’re a pain to get on. However, it’s worth all the pain. They’re beautiful boots. I’ve worn 3 times now and they get more and more comfortable each wear. Compliments galore. Love the slimmer silhouette and higher heel.

These shoes are so lovely. Great quality and love the style. Boots are really hard for me to find because I am usually a 7.5/8 in length and 9 in width. I usually wear a 7.5/8 in flats and heels and anywhere between an 8.5 to 9 in tennis shoes and boots. I originally got the 8.5 but they were just too narrow for me even though they fit fine everywhere else. Sizing up was the right thing to so, and the extra room is nice for wearing thicker socks. The inserts are removable so I can add my own inserts with arch support which I do with all my shoes. The Chelsea style is also nice because my ankles are tiny and this was very flattering and still looks proportionate and stays on me feet well. Still breaking them in but wore them in the rain already a couple times and they still look amazing!!

I’m in love with these boots. How did I go so long without them? Perfectly practical for every occasion. I live in Colorado- they look great with leggings and with jeans, and perfectly edgy with a dress. I’m taking them to Europe next month as my only shoes.

Great boot. Light weight, stylish.Durable and can wear in the rain. I have a medium to wide foot, wear a 9 most time and the 9 was perfect with thin socks. I wouldn't be able to wear them with thicker socks, so if you wear thick socks, I'd recommend sizing up. I put a 4 for comfort because with a heel that hight it's hard to get perfect 5 when it comes to all day comfort. With the slope of the heel, I feel it on my big toe a little by end of the day, even though there is plenty of room for my toes.

If you don't have a pair of Blundstones yet you are SERIOUSLY missing out. This is my 2nd pair and I won't buy a boot from another company ever again. They are worth every single penny. The new heeled boots are such a nice combo between a dressy shoe and the original adventure boots. They are classy, beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. These ones felt a tad more snug than my other Blundstones (still true to size) but I assume that is because they are a heeled, more feminine shaped boot. Give them 4-5 wears and they will break in and stretch out just fine. HIGHLY recommend these and any Blundstone boot.

I read the reviews that said these are too hard to get on, but I've had no issues. They do rub a bit in the back, but I'm hoping that evens out with more wear. They have largely been very comfortable for me, although I'm disappointed that they don't transition to workwear as easily as I was hoping. My feet are pretty skinny and narrow, so I rarely have issues with shoes fitting too tight.

My feet are not narrow in width, but they are low-volume feet with a low instep, so most shoes just fit loose. These boots do not! From the very first try-on, they fit well—at the arch, instep, heel, ankle, everywhere. It's a miracle. I wear a size 41 or 10 in everything, and these are perfect in an Australian 7. I feel like the top of the shaft hits a little higher than I'd like, but that's probably because I'm only 5'4", not a problem with the design. Most women who wear a size 10 have longer legs, so it'd hit them at a different point. All in all, I'm pleasantly surprised. I usually wear flat shoes, and these have been easy to get used to. They have been easy to slide on and off, but I can imagine that anyone with meaty/wide feet or heavy ankles would have an issue. For someone who struggles with loose-fitting boots, these will be a dream. I can't wait to see how the leather wears in!
