I usually weaysize 9. I had to exchange the 9 boots for 9.5 which were perfect. Love these boots

I researched & read reviews for months looking for the perfect ugg moto boots to wear outside in Michigan winters. I bought three other styles & returned them before finally landing on these. The other styles were too moon boot like so It was between these & the Lorna. I love the style of both, but these have the wool lining all the way down while the Lorna does not. I am able to wear these without socks like my other uggs. Two features I like are the side zipper & romovable shearling insole. Sometimes my feet sweat & I like how you can remove the insole & let it ‘air out’. Zappos wins Christmas with their quick shipping. I was expecting it then to get here in 2 days but I ordered & it was there the next day. Amazing!

I usually wear a 6 or 6.5. I read other reviews and went with the 6.5 for these and they fit perfect. A 6 definitely would have been too small. I do have wider feet and these are very comfortable. I wore them today out running errands- I did have some tingling in my feet for the first hour or so but that went away and they were super comfortable for the rest of the day. And they kept my feet dry in the snow! Very happy with this purchase.

These are great quality boots that look stylish with a pair of skinny jeans. Above all, they are warm and comfortable. I've been doing six mile walks in them and they do not hurt my feet and I have not needed to break them in. I'm a size 6 and these boots are just the right fit for me (if I wear the thinnest of socks) although they don't have much 'give' so I can imagine they might run a bit small for anyone with wide feet but there is a very useful 'calculate you size' on the website that helps you choose. Highly recommended as a comfortable, casual boot that keeps you warm on chilly days.

Great boots, but a tad too heavy for me.

I love these boots. They have the expected ugg warmth with added style and water resistance. I wore them to the football game (35 degrees) and was toasty. Walked a mile back to my car without issue. Worth the money!

I tried the Niels last year, but it was a tad short for me. However, I love the look of this boot so much I decided to take a chance with the Niels II. So glad I did. The fit is perfect and the boot is very comfortable. I'll wear this boot for years. The look of the boot is moto without being OTT and surprisingly flattering. My only caveat is that inside, near the bottom of the zipper there is a little bit of leather/wool that may rub on one side. Since I prefer wearing UGGS without socks I'm concerned that this may cause a sore or blister. I'll probably use some moleskin the first few wearings until that bit softens a bit. Returning is NOT an option since finding a boot this perfect in my size is not easy. For sizing ref: I have a size 10, low volume foot, with average arch and long toes.

You can tell these were made with quality in mind. They look sharp and feel very well made, albeit a little on the heavy side. Because the style showcases a wide boot shaft, the foot area needs to be more "huggy" around your foot or your foot would slip right out. So at first the snugness around your feet will catch you off guard, but know that it's actually a good thing. I generally wear size 8, which is out of stock. I tried 8.5, but they are like a kid wearing her mom's shoes on me. Returning them and ordering a 7.5 somewhere else. Because the shaft is wider, I suspect it will be advantageous to go down a half size. Plus, I think ugg sizes are a little different anyways - in the classic ugg boots I wear a size 7, which is unheard of for me. The only other thing to note is you're not going to sneak up on anyone in these boots. The zippers do clink and clang when you walk - it's not horrible, but you wouldn't want to wear these in a super quiet office.

Looking for pair of natural shearling-lined boots with a lug sole in a style that does not look like the typical Ugg "moon boot" to wear in cold, snowy weather (without socks). Like other reviewers commented, the toe box was very narrow. However, I have wide feet and believe that the toe box could have been stretched with a good pair of shoe stretchers. The leather is sueded and thick. The soles are somewhat stiff when walking around but that is to be expected with this boot style and the materials used. The shaft is generous and wide enough to tuck jeans into, even with "cankles". Ultimately, the style was a bit too biker-style for my tastes so I am returning and trying another option from Zappos.

Stiff at first. Needs a gew wears to break in. Ordered my usual size 8, fits true to size. I have a wider foot and it is a bit tight to get into the boot but fits well once in.

Very comfortable

PRO: Look was good, similar to the photos, no surprises. Liked the weight and tread - I think these would work well in snow/ice slippery conditions. The footbed was cushy and the wool lining was nice. CON: My heels slipped badly. Forefoot/toebox was a little too tight and narrow, while heel was too loose. The Ugg Lorna boots fit me better. Returned.

These are super cute and super warm and exactly what I was looking for style wise, but they run at least a full size small. I wear a 9 in most shoes/sandals, and a 9-9.5 in boots, so I ordered a 9.5 and they were soooo tight. I need these for a trip tomorrow or else I would exchange them for a 10 or 10.5. Cute and love the style. I also ordered the Uggs Jenise in a 9.5 and they are comfortable even with thick socks, so I'm not sure if it is this style or if I got an "off" pair.

I love these boots. They are very warm and comfortable. Just wish they had half sizes.

These will be super warm boots for winter, and you can tell they are well made. I have never had a pair of boots like this, so the style, for me was different - but I wanted something warm I could put my arch supports in and wear around Copenhagen this winter. I'm returning these boots though because my heel kept slipping. I wore extra thick socks and then the toe box felt tight but the ankle still slipped. I really wished these could've worked, but they weren't meant to be.

I ordered both these and the Uggs "Lorna" boots for winter in the Northeast. I choose the Lorna boots because they were not as heavy as the Niels II. I also preferred the slimmer profile of the Lorna boots. Also, the Niels II are not waterproof like the Lorna boot. However, I did prefer the inside of the Niels II; they have a very cosy and warm liner.

I took a chance, despite the reviews saying this shoe was too narrow. They were correct-- this boot is too narrow in the toe box. It also slips in the heel, I think, because the shaft is just too open. Cute boot, but ultimately, it's going back. Dear Shoe Companies: Feet are not shaped like surfboards. We need room in the toe box!

The toe box style was narrower than it looked in the photos and the top of the boot wasn't as roomy as I'd hoped. Overall disappointed with the style.
