Super cute coat and very well made but it runs just a tiny bit small and the color online is misleading. It looks like a light greyish-beige but the actual color is a darker tan/khaki. Still gorgeous but if you are looking for light beige, just keep in mind.

Disappointing zipper! I loved how this coat looked and felt and I wanted so badly to keep it, but I couldn’t because both the inner and outer zippers got caught on the lining every time. This coat is so cozy, stylish, warm, and functional, but I kept getting stuck in it.

Beautiful coat. Super warm but small fit. I’m usually a size 8 and got the M. Returning for a large.

Ordered a large and though the cardboard price tag said L the tag in coat was M. It fit and was slimming so I kept it, but thought it was odd for Zappos to miss. Besides that, I really love the look and style of coat. It has two zipped layers - one short and one outer long one, keeps me very warm from neck down, has hood, pockets with zippers, and a cinched waist so I don’t look like the marshmallow man. Only down side are the zippers and feathers...not the best quality zips and have already gotten fabric stuck in it a few times plus I shed feathers. All that said - I do adore this jacket and have been searching high and low for a warm winter coat that’s flattering and functional and this coat is all of that.

I moved to a new state in January and honestly didn't have a proper winter coat. I ordered this coat and I'm so pleased with it. It's super soft and I love the hood!!

This is a very warm and comfortable coat. Fits well over big sweaters, but could have probably ordered one size smaller. Hoodie is a little wonky, but overall a great, sturdy winter coat.

This coat is beautiful with its defined waist. It is extremely warm, due to an inner lining that zips and is not removable plus the outer coat with zipper. I live in the Pacific NW so it doesn't get freezing here very often. I will wear this outdoors on the coldest days of our winter.

Very light , warm and comfortable .

This coat has it all, plus it's in my favorite color, blue. I tried similar coats from Talbots, Land's End and Cole Haan, and chose the Cole Haan version. It's true to size, comfortable to wear, easy to move in and drive in, and is just fitted enough to make me feel feminine wearing it.

What's not to love about this coat? Perfect fit and adaptable for cold, rain, and snow.

This is a nice coat. I bought it for the color. But it's heavier than I expected. Even the hood is padded with down. It's too warm for Florida. It's better suited for New York. I ordered Medium as it's my usual size but it's loose on me. You can probably size down if you don't expect to wear a lot of bulky clothing underneath.

I would give it a 5 if it had at least one inside pocket and ability to tighten the hood. It's warm enough right now and will be ok for weather in the 20's. Since the weather hasn't gotten that cold yet, I don't know how this coat will be.

Nice coat, but lately the zippers haven't been as good quality as they used to be. They feel flimsy and not smooth. I like the double layered coats from Cole Haan and they fit true to size.

I love the Carbon color (dark nude gray 100% looks like the photo) and style of this jacket + the fact that it has the inner zipper in case you don't want the entire jacket zipped... but all the reviews on multiple sites have said to size up because it runs small— I don't find that to be true. I'm in-between sizes (small to medium) in sweaters/outerwear & I get always medium because I like the little extra room. I unfortunately listened to all the reviews saying it runs smaller, so I got a large and sadly I'm returning it! I wore this for 1 day and I had on a long sleeve + a chunky cardigan and the jacket was still too big, it was moving around on my body because it was so much space. It's definitely true to size and if you already "size up" because you like a bit of room, don't size up more. Maybe they had a bigger bust than me so they said when zipped, it's tighter? I'm 5' 3", 145lb and a 36C and the large was too big— I could have worn 2 more cardigans to fill up the space. I'm ordering a medium from a different website because it's sold out here. Great jacket though, very warm! Can't wait to receive the new size.

Very good quality jacket. Length-wise is good for petite people too. Good for keeping warmth but unfortunately, the hood is not detachable and it's weirdly shaped when putting it on, so the jacket was returned.
