My 4 year old strongly preferred the Timberlands to these. Maybe they'd be better for a bigger kid.

A little inconvenient to put them on/off as my toddler has to unbuckle the back and top in order to put them on, therefore my son doesnt want to wear them unless i make him to wear them.

I ordered the toddler hurricane sandal in color canyon dark gull grey. The Tevas I got are indeed grey, however the photo being shown for that color was purple and blue and the design on the strap is different. I'm not even talking about a grayish purple and blue, but a pretty bright purple blue. I still like the shoes and my toddler is in need of them so I don't have the time to be able to send them back and order an other. But this really should be fixed on the website. Something is obviously wrong.
I'm trying to upload photos to show the difference but they have been trying to load for 2 hours so I give up.

I really wish Teva would give exact measurements for the Toddlers Hurricane XLT 2. 4T - 5T and so on is such a large range. My 3 year olds (almost 4) foot is right about 6 inches in length. I printed out the Teva Kids Shoe fit guide and even called a representative for help. She was unable to tell me how many inches the shoe actually was and just guessed that because he was about to turn 4, that the 4T should work. Turns out that wasn't correct now I have to return and reorder a 5T in hopes that these shoes will ship to Alaska in time before our vacation down south. Please, please, please Teva, start putting exact measurements. Not all children's feet fit into a one size (or in this case age) fits all category.
Other than this mishap the shoes are adorable and seem well made like all other Teva products.

I had left a really good review originally but after using them for a while, we noticed they keep giving my son blisters on the inner part of his left foot. We tried them with socks hoping he could somehow break them in but that didn’t work either. I’m sad we can no longer return them as they’re not cheap.

Teva recently changed their strap/webbing material to be made of rcycled plastic. While I definietly support recycling, the quality is noticably changed. The new material is stiffer and more abrasive on the skin compared with yhe old webbing they used. I have owned well over a dozen pairs of Teva sandals since about 1996, but can no longer wear them because of the uncomfortable straps A huge bummer really. I hope they can make the straps more supple and softer like they used to be. Until then, I will be buying other brands.

We as a family have worn Teva sandals for years. This is the first time I purchased a pair for my toddler grand daughter. I purchased them in April to be given to her for her third Birthday May first. The fit was fine. By the fourth of July one of the sandals split . See photo. She is not someone abusing the sandal. I am returning them in hopes of a refund via the warranty.

super cute shoes but was extremely disappointed in the quality of them. my kids didn’t even wear them a full week before the tips were shredding, with normal wear! thankfully zappos has great customer service and had no problem returning them! would not purchase them again.

I ordered shoes on 5/3/19 and just received them today. Tracking kept saying different delivery dates. I called to complain and customer service rep did nothing. Very disappointed in service, also Sandler was a whole size too big, but according to size chart, should fit

I give them no starsid I could. I bought this sandal on the previos model this past summer for my 2 yr old. Is now not sold in their website and now the price is half of what it costs originally. Wich makes me wonder if it was such a terrible one that they had to discontinue.
We went for our summer vacation and little after that one of the fabric straps split in two. They claim to have a 1 yr warranty so I sent them the paperwork and the faulty sandal. They never called or send a response a little ove a week I called to check on the issue. Their answer was that they needed both sandals to determine if the warranty was good or not. (They don't provide a label & for me to send both sandals is $14, half of the price of the sandal). They divided to send it back no warranty was issued, they offered to NOW create a label free of charge since they have to send it to the manufacturer because they didn't want to loose any money??? This is literally what their customer service rep told me. Don't waste your money if you're trying to get something good quality for your kiddos. Purchase somewhere else since obuviously there in the business of money not quality.
