LOVED THE NECKLACE BUT UNFORTUNATELY IT CAME BROKEN. IT WAS A GIFT AND WHEN SHE OPENED IT, THE LOCK PART WAS BROKEN AND IT IS ALREADY SOLD OUT SO I COULDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT

Horrible, cheap, initial not well done, I have ordered in the past they were much different quality

I bought this necklace 2 months ago and now it's so tarnished I don't even wear it. Such a shame because I took such good care of it... Not worth the money. I tried cleaning it but still looks bad and is green and dark brown. Do not recommend unless you want to waste your money.

I am so disappointed in the customer service for this item. I exchanged the item that I got as a gift and Kate Spade unfortunately refunded the money to the original gift givers account (therefore embarrassing me in the process). After hours on the phone with them, I finally got a gift card for them only for the item I wanted to be gone and no ability to credit the original account since now I have a gift card I have no use for. I will not be shopping here again unfortunately.

This was given to me as a gift. Unfortunately, the colour started to fade in less than a month and the rose gold plating was gone. I also was not a fan of the chain and I purchased a new one to wear it with. Now, the necklace looks silver and has hints of yellow in it. Since this necklace has sentimental value to me, I've decided to have it plated in gold.

I bought this necklace for my wife's push present and it was gift wrapped so I didn't open it beforehand. When she opened it after having our baby I realized it wasn't what I ordered. Very disappointing.

I received this for an anniversary and it has only been a 6 months and the rose gold coating is basically falling off of it. I take good care of it and followed all the care instructions but it is still ruined. Not really worth the money.

This necklace tarnishes and breaks very easily. I only had it for less than a year in the back coat it's already starting to chip off. I take really good care of it and it's still breaking.

I bought this 2 weeks ago and I am completely disappointed in the quality of the necklace. The chain is black & looks rusty I don't wear it everyday , nor have I wet it . I will never purchase again or recommend this item, complete waste of money!

At first I loved this necklace when I first received the necklace as a gift. The not even 4 months later, I notice it starting to tarnish. When I spoke to someone about it, they said tarnishing wasn't covered under warranty. So now I'm pretty upset that you pay all this money for a necklace that tarnishes real quick. At least with Kendra Scott they replace your necklace.. wouldn't recommend

Way smaller and more flimsy than I had imagined. Hard to see the initial, the chain is super thin and delicate. Not a durable product at all.

not everyone looks good in rose gold or gold for that matter. please bring back silver. I've wanted this necklace for as long as I can remember but I am cool tone and only look good in silver.

Wrong initial was sent and shipping took longer than it was supposed to

I had a terrible experience with Kate space I ordered a necklace and got earring and no refun was put in place till I shoooed back what you sent in the first place

After one week the initial pendant was completely tarnished and a different color to the chain.

I received mine as a gift in August 2019 and shortly after it become scratched and the finish has worn off. I don't wear it in the water or shower. My favorite gift and it barely lasted

It is a simple necklace. Not worth the price. Especially when mine arrived scratched.

I bought this necklace almost two weeks ago and have still yet to receive it. I'm sure the necklace is beautiful. Just waiting to receive it.
