Very disappointed; I had purchased slippers from FitFlops before and LOVED them. They had fantastic arch support (in the past, NO MORE). I wore them inside and out, all day. Wanted to keep replacing them forever. Hated that they changed the style to include bows, etc and was happy that this year they were just plain again. Bought them and couldn’t wait for the new pair but smile turned to frown immediately. They are cushier (lined with fluffy stuff) but absolutely no support. They are just an ordinary slipper, nothing you would walk around in. Might as well wear socks, or UGGs. I am returning them.

So DISSAPOINTED!! I had a feeling though after reading some of the reviews of the most recent fit flops. There is absolutely NO arch support whatsoever. The insole is completely flat and is NOT removable! It looks like it is removable but it is definitely glued in there right. All of fit flops claims about this shoe are false. There is nothing that will aid in proper posture and alignment with these slippers, they are not even comfortable or cushy and have an overall cheap feel and shape. I’m pretty shocked honestly because I didn’t think they would be as bad they turned out to be.

These are very warm and very comfy for sitting and watching TV, but they don’t have any arch support (my old FitFlop slippers did), so I end up in pain the next day if I wear them to walk around the house. These slippers are perfect other than the lack of arch support, though!

FitFlop has been my "go to shoe" for many years, so I was looking forward to slippers that felt as good as the sandals. They were no only uncomfortable, but the soles are as hard as rocks and make "clomping" noises when wearing. Who wants to hear clomping noises in the bedroom? Had to return. Will still purchase FitFlop sandals.

I'm normally a true 7.5. The 7 or 38 UR in this Fitflop comfy shearling slipper fits perfectly. So since this only comes in whole sizes, size down. This is a very comfortable medium width slipper with a rubber sole so you can run outside in them. The inside is shearling and very soft and luxurious. Overall I would give this a 3.5 STAR and not a 4. Here's the reason why I won't keep these slippers - The black dye from the uppers rubs off on your skin, pants and furniture. Perhaps manufacturing missed the color setting part of the process. Maybe a white/cream pair would work.

Does not have the same support or comfort as previous slippers. Very disappointed, if you have foot issues you might as well purchase a much less expensive brand since you’re not getting the supportive footbed in these slippers.

The left slipper is fine. The right seems to always slip to the right. Something not right with the insole. Not what I expected considering the price. Not happy

I couldn’t wear this slipper at all - it doesn’t have the comfort of the micro wobble board. If someone wants a heel that is very squishy and keeps the weight on your heels you may like it. I shattered my heel years ago and the micro wobble board is a life saver for me. This footbed design is not for me.

These are cushy, suede, fleece lined slipper / shoes with rubber soles. They feel like slippers but you can wear them outdoors. Just what I needed for dashing around in the morning. Super comfy - it’s hard to take them off!

Materials and workmanship appears great. Rubber sole squeaks on hard floors. Shoe feels a bit long and narrow when you first put it on, but I think they would stretch out a bit over time to accommodate slightly wider feet. The leather and fur is soft and feels wonderful. Unfortunately these didn't work for my grandma because of her high arches-- she couldn't get these on her feet. I also wish there was some arch support in these. Very soft and squishy heel padding felt nice.

Comfy, warm, and sturdy. I wear my slippers for quite a few hours a day and so need ones that will stand up to that use. I also like comfy and warm. These slippers are similar to ones I have worn for years and I expect the same durability from the new ones.

I have worn these almost every day for one year, in and outdoors, in the Midwest. I am shopping for their replacement as I write this. I will send more money this time but I got my money out of these.

I was hoping to replace my old shearling Gogh clogs which are no longer made (Please being them back Fitflop!). These are not them. Although they have a thin rubber sole that can be worn outside, they are clearly slippers and not shoes. Too bad because they are comfortable. But I really wanted proper shoes so they went back.

My size is 7.5-8 and my feet are between normal and narrow. I tried two pairs , size 8 and size 7. Size 7 is snag as a bug:-) and I love it . I have feet problems and this insole has just right amount of support plus fur inside is very nice. It won’t make your feet sweaty. I had no problem with arch support since I choose half size smaller than my real size and it fits like a glove.

Love these. Now have 2 pairs. Have put older pair through washing machine which cleaned and fluffed them up beautifully

These are comfortable and cute. You need to order a larger size than normal due to the fuzzy lining inside.

i really liked this slipper,,, comfortable... but the description suggested some arch support. it had none. no support at all. i could not keep them for that reason. thus 2 stars for comfort

I have flat feet and the arch was too high. It hurt my feet.

i am in LOVE! i had a pair of flip flops style fit flops years ago and haven't worn this brand since. I was looking for a wool clog slipper and this seemed to have all my requirements. Just received these and they are even better than what i had hoped for! Inside is a slim layer of shearling, very comfy and not popping out all over like longer shearling slippers. I'm not a fan of that look. I bought these slippers in the black wool glimmer and they are just super classy looking ~ wool AND bling! footbed is moderately supportive, tiny bit of a wedge shape to the sole. upper is very flexible, i have a wide foot and there is plenty of room in these slippers. Finally, i take a true size 6W and ordered the 6 and they fit perfectly. These slippers are so slim and chic they could pass for shoes easily. I don't wear slippers out of the house, but i would consider wearing these to the store without question. thank you zappos, and thank you fit flop for making me the perfect slipper! xx

Thought these would have better feeling arch support but the insoles felt like thick and narrow memory foam pads - not comfy, don't want to try to break them in.

ordered them cause they are "fit flops" expected arch support, there is no archsupport at all

I'm not happy with this good looking and well made slipper/shoe. It is way wider than a Medium. It has no arch support. It has a furry, non-removable foot bed in which I will not be able to use an arch insole to support my arches. I had high hopes for this item and am VERY disappointed

Super comfortable. I bought another pair for my daughter and she loves them too. Great arch support, super fuzzy inside. I’m not crazy about the color but overall the comfort outweighs the style since I only wear it at home.
