This is my 3rd Sak leather bag. This is no where the quality of the other two. I really wanted to love this bag. The leather is thin, not soft, and almost like it isn’t properly finished on the sides - the parts that are not embossed. I love the size of it and everything except the quality of the leather. There is no way this is the Sak leather quality I am used to.

This is a good high quality bag that quickly became my everyday purse. Nice soft leather, and it expands to hold more than I thought it would. The bag will sit upright on its own if it's full. Note that it narrows slightly at the bottom- the top width is about 11 inches, and the bottom width is about 9 inches.

The black leather strap wore out to a gray color,which looks funny because the bag is still black.

My purse was recently snatched - a traumatic event, to say the least. In addition to losing the contents of wallet, I also mourned the loss of my purse, which I had had for many years and which I adored. I dreaded going out to look for a new purse, fearing I could never find anything I would love as much. Boy was I wrong!! when I saw this purse on the Zappos site, I instantly fell in love with it: the color and design (I got the tobacco with a beautiful embossing), the size and shape of it, and the pockets. All looked perfect! But when I received it it blew away even my high expectations! The leather is soft and supple. The color and embossed design are gorgeous! The size is just right: big enough to hold a book + all my necessities, without feeling too large. The outside pockets are super handy for storing my keys, phone and an extra face mask. I am on Cloud Nine with this purse, and it *almost* makes the theft of my previous purse worth it!

Received my purse yesterday and it’s absolutely perfect exactly what I’ve been looking for! Great quality, perfect size & fit for the items I carry.

This is a very handsome bag. I do not understand why the crossbody strap is not of the same quality as the bag. It is thin and crispy.

Love the metallic leather and it’s so lightweight! But the strap looks cheap and it’s a hard to zipper to close. I haven’t used it in a month. Unfortunate waste of money.

Wanted a casual leather cross-body large enough for a tablet and out of necessity found this one. Expected the quality to be just okay and it is, maybe a little too casual, but it's roomy enough for phone, larger wallet and the tablet plus a a few other small items. Strap could be about 4 inches longer for a more comfortable fit.

It's not a rich looking leather like my Fossil bag. Thinner leather than I thought it would be, especially for the price. Have gotten several compliments.

I’ve owned several Sak bags. This one is cheaply made. Zipper is difficult and unreliable when closing. Shoulder strap began to fray and discolor the first time I adjusted it. While the price was nice, quality is too low. Need something different after just a month of use. Bummer as the size is perfect.
