I really, really, really wanted to love this boot. I have a wide foot so bought in 7.5 wide, my usual size. While the leather is very soft, the whole footbed feels narrow...like they didn't make the footbed wider when making the 'wide" sizes. But the worst thing about this bootie is that the top box is very flat on top...from the moment I put them on, they were rubbing the tops of my toes where my joints are. The length was fine, but toe box needs to be higher, especially since the sole curls up. Extremely uncomfortable. Must send them back. So disappointed it. For $200, I expected more. BTW, they are made in China!!! Imagine, spending $200 for boots made in China!!!! Will have to keep looking for something that is hip, stylish and comes in a wide width....

I love these shoes. Oh, how I love these shoes. Alas, I cannot wear them, but not because any fault in the shoes themselves. First, I had to order a size up from my normal size, because the first pair were too small to get my foot in comfortably. The next size up fit like a glove. I loved the solidity of the sole, which made me feel stable when walking, and the way the uppers stretched just a tiny bit so that they adjusted to the shape of my foot after a minute or two of wear. I could wish there were a little more padding in the sole. Alas, I have arthritis in my feet and I misjudged the height of the heel when ordering, and while I can, surprisingly, walk in them with little fuss and pain, keeping them on my feet means my foot takes the shape of the sole, which bends my toes back juuuust enough that after a few minutes of wear they get sore. Ten years ago I'd have been able to wear these shoes all day, striding around like a queen, but now all I can do is sigh. In conclusion: if you have wide feet and want a good, solid heeled bootie and do not have arthritis, I highly recommend this shoe to you. I shall be looking for something similar with a lower heel, and wishing that whatever I find was this one.

I purchased this boot, last year, and wore it so much that I need a new pair. I ordered the same exact size and width as last year (38W). I could not even get my whole foot in to the boot. It was not big enough or wide enough. Same boot but made in 2 different countries? I question the quality control from one boot to the next. In addition, the zipper on the right boot did not work appropriately...it was not smooth.

I absolutely love these boots! Such a cool look. Very comfy and super cute. I get lots of compliments.

The wedge gives overall foot a nice sense of support. Wish there were more arch support but these are surprisingly comfortable and stylish. Got two colors because I can’t seem to find any better ankle boots.

The wide fit my medium to medium-wide foot better in the last (footbed), but it was still quite snug but comfortable. I imagine it would stretch out a bit with time, since the leather is supple. The bigger problem is that not only was it wide in the footbed, it was wide in the heel and ankle and slipped a lot, even with a thin insert (Aetrex thin dress insole). I debated keeping it, but it was too goofy looking and slipped every time I walked. Even with a heel grip, it would be far too big in the heel.

I love these booties more than I thought. The picture is a true representation of them and while I've owned other Fly London shoes, these are by far my favorite. I actually don't have wide feet but wanted to slip into some booties with a little extra room for thicker socks and they are EXACTLY right. I've gotten so many compliments on them in the few days I've had them - and for something so comfortable, I call that a true win-win!

I ordered my usual size 7 1/2 wide. The fit is so odd. The heel is so big but the width at the ball of the foot is not a wide width, the leather is soft so it gives you more room in the width but the foot bed is not wide so the foot just kinda hangs over, not much room for my toes either. No arch support at all. These are so cute but the fit is not working for me.

I adore these boots! I’d never heard of Fly London, and now I’m a hopeless collector. Yes, they’re pricey, but they are well-made and completely comfy - and cute! Standing, walking, resting - my chronic foot pain reduced by 80%+. I like them so much, I bought every finish, plus pairs of a similar style (Wezo).

These are cute. They fit my wide width foot perfectly. I wear them to work and for going out.

I love these boots! I had held off ordering due to the price. Well after returning several other pairs I took a chance on these and I am glad I did. I only wish that they also came in brown.

The size and fit of this shoe are perfect. They were delivered on Sunday and I wore them to work the following day. There was no breaking in or getting use to them. I wore them all day and they are extremely comfortable. While for the price, I am a bit disappointed that they are not leather; however, the quality seems to be good. I will know if that is truly the case after I have had them a few months.

The boots are absolutely beautiful! As other posts noted the leather is so soft and the style is very versatile. Unfortunately, I have to return as the wide is just not wide enough for my foot. So sad as I LOVE these.

I love these booties! The wide size fits perfectly without being sloppy anywhere and the detailing on them is great. I appreciate that the zipper is black and just seems to disappear so you don't notice it at all. I may decide to put in some arch supports, but that is no biggie! This is my first pair of Fly London's and it sure won't be the last!

Finally I got my right boots! This boots meet all my expectations: stylish, roomy, soft, right heel height, super comfortable. I wish there are more colors. Suggest to have half size up. My regular shoe size is US 6 wide. I bought 37 (US Women 6.5-7) that fits my feet perfectly.

Soooo soft glove leather, super stylish boots. I added an insert because I want more arch support, but they don't need a lot. These feel amazing, and give some height without feeling unstable. If they made more wide options, I'd buy them. These are my new instant favorites.

I ordered these in the wide and unfortunately they are too wide. I have a medium to narrower foot but the regular size/width felt too small. I wouldn't have been able to wear a sock with it but the wide was just too big for my foot even with a thick sock.

Wow, these shoes are like walking on a cushion and fit like a glove! ...like butter on your feet is all I can think of to describe the way they feel.

these are much cuter in person than in the video (which kind of made them look like baggy trashbags)! definitely more like the photos. i have very wide feet and these are just this close to being not wide enough, but they make it. the issue is not the leather which i'm sure will stretch, but actually the edges of the sole which come up slightly and obviously won't stretch. in any case they're super comfy, great w/jeans or tights. though time will tell if i can walk for long distances.

These are incredibly comfortable and I love the wedge sole. I have a wide feet and high arches. The 7 1/2 was true to length and the wide width allows me to wear socks, which adds to foot comfort. I have been able to stand in them for hours without foot pain. Well constructed, beautiful and worth the money. They also add a couple inches to my 5'3" height, which is always appreciated.

Beautiful shoe but the left shoe dig into my big toe for some reason. Very comfy. Width was perfect. My feet are slightly wide, I can usually fit into normal width shoes but prefer wide.
