Lovely boot ! my right foot is in a cast so I can’t wait to wear both boots!

I love the look of these boots. However, that's where the love ended. With socks, without socks...they pinch, they bind, the heel flops around. I think I don't have a "Frye foot." Love the look but these boots feel like a bad mood waiting to happen.

I have wider feet and a bunion on one side, so these were unfortunately too tight for me. If these were available in a wider width I would have kept them! Not the boot's fault, my feet just have special needs. They look, feel, and smell like high quality!

This Frye Style is/was EVERYTHING I wanted in a casual bootie !! It has the look I’m going for; the style I desired; etc. After trying the boots on (walking around on carpeted surfaces) numerous times over a period of a few weeks/months ~ I reluctantly sent them back. I have a bunion on my left foot & my left foot is a bit longer/wider than my right foot. Regardless of how much I LOVED this pair of boots; my left foot was just too wide for this particular style (it actually “hung-over” the sole of the boot if that makes sense). I have owned & still own several different pairs of Frye boots over the last 15+years and have always been AMAZED by the quality and craftsmanship of the company’s products; but this particular style just did not work for me. It was extremely sad to have to return these after what felt like a year of searching for that “perfect & timeless” boot ! ?

I’ve been looking at these boots for a very long time. I finally bought them and they are my favorite boots. I wore them almost daily all winter long and they are perfect!

I have been eyeing these boots for awhile but wasn’t sure if they were too plain and didn’t want to pay full price. I bought one trendier wedge boot in the winter and while they are very stylish , they aren’t comfortable. I have ridiculously wide feet but these boots stretch and are surprisingly comfortable. Classic look, Sturdy and well made.

The boot is beautiful. The leather is soft. I ordered the full grain in black. I often wear a 6 1/2 in Frye boots and cowboy boots. For reference I wear an 8 in Nike Pegasus and a European 38 in Birkenstock’s. I ordered a 6 1/2 and 7 just to try both. The 7 was so big I had to flex my foot to keep from walking out of them. I felt they would only get bigger with wear as well. The 6 1/2 seemed tight to even get on at first but once I got my foot in, I could get them on and off with no problem. I tried them with a medium thick sock and they were comfortable. Not to say they don’t need breaking in, but definitely not painful. I love a good pair of boots once they are broken in. All my frye boots are 5 years plus and still look and feel awesome. I also ordered the brushed/distressed black and can’t decide which to keep. They do appear more brown than black, but pretty cool looking. Two totally different looks for the same boot.

I absolutely love these boots!!! My harness 12 R’s took over 4 years to break in but these are almost broken in after 2 days of wearing! I read all of the reviews before buying so I knew about the heel sliding. After wearing for a few hours my left foot is perfect. My right foot (which is my bigger foot) needs about another day to finish breaking in around the heel. Overall I am ecstatic about them!!! The quality of the leather is wonderful and I love how soft the shaft is. I’m a Frye girl for life!

The dog ate my first pair of Veronica booties. After begging Zappos for an additional $25 off code, I purchased a second pair in black, same as my first. The fit on the second pair is, for some reason, much better than the first - slightly wider toe. Another discrepancy, is that the height of the boot is about 1 inch shorter than my old pair, which I had purchased mid to late 2018. So I think there is a design change that happened between then and now. I reached out to Frye about this, but they haven’t gotten back to me.

Omg! These boots! Soft, beautiful leather! Comfortable right out of the box.

Great pair of boots! Love the way they look really worn in! Easy to slip on and looks fabulous with a leather coat!
