One of the boots I received was scuffed on the toe, so I will probably reorder to look at another pair. Otherwise the color and fit were fine.

Really nice boot. Quality leather and workmanship. Only problem was size was too large (long) so I returned for 1/2 size smaller. Fingers crossed!

I like the boots a lot--even with the fact that they were a bit heavier in look than I expected, and darker in color. I ordered the tan oiled leather and they look more like the image of the taupe oiled leather. I wonder still if someone made a mistake. But I'm keeping them. I haven't walked for that long in them yet, but they seem quite comfortable and have the little numerous bumps within the soul that my other pair of Clark's boots have which was why I chose Clark's again because they're some of the most comfortable I've ever worn.

Fit was ok but they looked kind of bland and casual - not what I was hoping for. Returned

The Wilrose Frost is part of Clarks "unstructured line" of footwear. I am between a 7 and a 7 1/2 which is always a problem for me ordering shoes on line but I went with the 7 and will only wear these boots with trouser socks. The boots have a "roughed" up look to them which looked great to me. Two I purchased in a Clarks store and the third I got from Zappos. When they arrived, I wandered if these were new or already worn. None of the packing was that of Clarks. The forms were missing and the zippers were down. I compared them to the two other pairs purchased in the store and they looked "OK" and decided to keep them. I hope I am not wearing somebody's shoes. Still love Zappos!!

Almost bought this boot, liking everything about it except the leather is heavy and stiff.

I normally wear an 8M, but these boots seem short, so back they go for an 8.5. Good padding, flexible sole, great style.

Stiff shoe because of the leather. Was narrower in the toe area than I expected. I would have ordered a size larger. I have loved all my Clarks, but this one ran small.

These boots are cute and well-made, but the boot is more pointed than rounded in the front and causes the fit to feel narrow. This is the current fashion for boots right now as many brands are pointed in the front. Most feet aren't, unfortunately. I have a older model of Clarks boots with a more rounded toe--they are most comfy. The length feels good so going up a size probably would not solve the issue.

Love the look of this bootie but was too tight. Returning and ordering a half-size up hoping it works. Too cute not to try again. Fingers crossed.

I am a fan of Clarks shoes so I chose this pair but they are quite big to me (half size larger). I never had suede shoes before then when I got them I think they will get dirt easily.

When I first put this shoe on it felt 1/2 inch too short in length. I wear a size 7, so I kept the shoe hoping the shoe would stretch and break in. I was wrong! I ended up wearing this shoe only with thin socks because my nice thick winter socks were too tight for it. I love these shoes, but my feet feel too tight, so I ordered a 7.5. There was a little more room, but still not enough room for my winter thick socks. The left foot felt ok, but the right foot was a little tighter. I returned the shoe and ordered a size 8. I have never worn a size 8 shoe my entire life, so these shoes are definitely measuring a whole not half, but a whole size too small.

Stylish and adorable...but not for me. The black suede bootie has a nice non-slip rubber outsole. But for some reason, the heel has a thin little nonslip layer over a hard, click-y heel. So the heel thuds down and jars the whole leg, while the push-off from the toe into the next step is quiet and comfortable. Looks like shin splints in a box to me. In addition, there is little in the upper or the footbed to keep the foot in place. I found my foot slipped forward slightly with every step, pushing my toes up against the front of the shoe.

I wanted to love these boots - they're Clarks and a cute silhouette. However, the leather is extremely distressed and so weathered looking to the point they looked like an old pair of boots I'd find in the depths of my closet. In a different finish these could be great.

Really weird fit. Wide width was still too narrow across the toes, but very loose in the instep - and I have a high instep! I have a hard time imagining a foot that would fill out the middle, but have narrow enough toes for the front. Too bad, looked like nice materials.

Ordinary looking boot. It did work with my very high arches but in getting it on it pulls my sock so tight that it is uncomfortable. Returned.

Love the shoe. Like it better in brown. Just me.
