I tried shoes twice at another store and twice at Zappos and finally this one was a winner. It is quite a process to buy shoes and they must be lace up with no heel. I had never owned a pair of Clarks and a friend kept recommending I try them. I regret not buying them sooner. The Un Adorn Lace shoe is so comfortable that I did not even need to put in my orthotics. I normally wear a size nine in Keens. I had heard Clarks run large but ordered a 9 anyway. The shoes are about 1/2" bigger which is fine. It gives my toes room to wiggle and allow me to wear thicker socks. The outer leather is extremely soft to touch. The Clarks Un Adorn Lace is comfort and style all in one package.

When I first put them on they felt wonderful - very supportive (which is what I was searching for). However, after wearing them all day at work, my little toe on each foot HURT! I wished I had taken my old shoes to work to change into and give my toes a relief! I do believe, since the shoe is made of leather instead of the cheaper materials that you have to choose from elsewhere, I believe they will stretch out enough for me to love the shoes. If in fact they do stretch a bit, these will be my reorder shoes. They look much nicer than a tennis shoe - dressier for a tie up and with good support. I like the fact that there isn't much of a heel lift because that would make my low back hurt. The quality is superb. I got black and the pictures shown here on someone's feet do not do the shoe justice! (sorry) They really are dressier than most other tie up shoes.

I plan on wearing these for travel - a nice practical shoe with decent arch support for standard-needs feet, good with slacks, cushioned enough so I don't feel every stone underfoot but not clunky. I usually wear a wide shoe (7W in almost every style and brand) but these are generously wide - not sloppy, but spacious, toe to heel. By tightening the laces I don't slide around in the shoes (though my heel still slips a bit) and when my feet inevitably swell on the plane and after walking for hours - tadah! easy to loosen the laces. Though they're a smidge too wide in the heel for comfort, I'm keeping them because they are very close to the perfect travel shoe.

I love these shoes! I have a bone spur on the top of my right foot and needed a lace-up shoe. This one fits perfectly and I can put my orthotics in them as well. They are not high fashion but not bad looking either. Very practical and VERY comfortable. Love them!

These shoes feel great, good for my wide feet! They have removable insoles,FYI. they would be great with jeans but not very a fashionable style- so for the price I would probably just wear sneakers.

These are very comfortable shoes. They are serviceable and great walking shoes. Not especially fashionable!

Excellent fit in length and width; however, I bought these hoping for very good arch support. Most of the reviewers described "moderate arch support". I thought that might be good enough -- it wasn't. Felt like no support at all in the arch area. After my physical therapist fitted an orthotic into the shoe, it was perfect (but much more expensive!). Good looking, now very comfortable and supportive shoe. If you have high arches or any foot problems, this shoe will require some modification.

Love these sturdy nubuck walkers! Halfway between sneakers and hiking boots, these work for all-day city visits. They are stylish oxfords with “kicky” white soles. The soles are sturdy enough to handle cobblestones and other uneven surfaces. I treated mine with waterproofing spray, so expect to wear these babies day in and day out on my vacation to France, Belgium, and Ireland. Thanks, Zappos!

The 7 N was perfect for my bony feet, narrow ankles but needing a bit wider toe box for bunions. They look good with jeans. I was disappointed that the Pebble Nubuck is much lighter than the online picture, but they are keepers anyway!

This is the second time I've purchased this shoe. I'm not a big tennis shoe type but needed a shoe with good support due to ankle and knee issues. This shoes are very comfy, made well and look cute with jeans or leggings.

Perfect shoe for me! I've been looking for full-grain leather lace-up for several years now. I'm delighted that Clark's finally made one.

Great shoe at a reasonable price. Been looking for a comfortable, stylish pair of walking shoes that will accommodate my custom orthotics for a while. I have a difficult foot to fit. I have had a couple pairs of Clarks Unstructured shoes in the past, and they were great. So happy to find these. I got them in Pebble Nubuck. My size/width in black or brown leather were not available, or I would have also ordered them.

I vary between an 8 1/2 and 9 and between a B and D in width. I also wear orthotics. Despite replacing the foot bed with my orthotics they were way too large.

I bought this pair of Clarks as I only wear black sneakers and had just worn out a pair of Clarks which I LOVED wearing for over one year. Unfortunately, the styling of this current pair is horrendous. I feel like a 120-year-old woman in them. The photos make them look more stylish than they are in real life as they are basically ugly. I just cannot stand these sneakers. I am only keeping them as I needed a pair when my other Clarks wore out and these seemed fine but when I opened the box and started to wear them on a daily basis, I quickly became dissatisfied. I don't wear these other than for my walks. If I wore them elsewhere in my life, I would have returned them immediately. It is disappointing that Clarks put so little thought into the styling of these sneakers. My other pair of Clark's were super stylish.

The shoe fit well and was comfortable. i bought this shoe because I saw someone say they had a narrow heel and they worked for them. I also have an extremely narrow heel. The shoe didn't slip as much as most shoes, but did slip. I will return the shoes and hope I can find something that will stay on my foot.

I ordered the navy pair in a size 6. I would say it is less than Moderate arch support but there are only 3 choices. There is some arch support in the liner. But, the back is high enough that I can wear my orthotics in these shoes. I would give it 5 stars in style if the shoe had a navy or darker lift rather than a white. I haven't worn it for a long enough amount of time so I can't say how comfortable it would be for hours.

They fit. Very comfortable despite my foot issues--hypersensitivity, narrow heel and small bunions. Hallelujah!

This pair fit perfectly from the moment I put them on. I got them in black to wear with slacks for work. They are dressier than most casual shoes, and will resist the cold and wet this winter better than most athletic shoes.

My usual size 8M seemed a bit tight in the toes. Returned for 8-1/2M which was better in toe area but then heel slipped. Insole it comes with is not very supportive but could easily be replaced with purchased insole or orthotic. Seemed like a nice shoe but had to return as I'm between sizes.

I ordered my true size 9 and it comfortably with a little extra room in the toe bed allowing me the option to wear heavier socks and still be comfortable.

I love these shoes! Beautiful leather and the touch of shiny faux snakeskin trip adds a bit of cuteness (caveat - these shoes are not "cute" in the traditional sense, but to me are a bit stylish in a funky sort of way). What's outstanding is the fit, the cushioned sole and the obvious quality. Plenty of room for your toes to move around. The mid and heel region are a bit wider than I'd like, but the lacing allows adjustment so they work for me. I wanted to love the Mary Jane strapped version of these, but the back/heel/strap area were all too wide/large for me.
