I loved the goretex waterproof aspect of these shoes but this size felt too small and the larger size too large. I have wide feet and high arches and the shoes just didn’t feel good to me, which was disappointing because there aren’t many waterproof casual shoes.

I ordered these in my usual Ecco size and they fit as expected. However, the back of this shoe was too tall for me and immediately rubbed against my Achilles tendon. I am shopping for shoes to wear on a 2-week trip to Japan this spring, so I knew immediately these shoes would not work for me!

I think if you have high arches you should probably skip this shoe. I tried a couple sizes and they both hurt the top of my foot and the back really does come up a bit high and rubs. It was disappointing but because of Zappos wonderful free shipping I looked further and ordered Olukai Pehuea and Taos Rubber Soul to try. They are more casual than this shoe but they felt fantastic and I kept both pair.

A great shoe for travel. Love that it is waterproof...comfortable, good support. It’s a bit clunky.

I love these shoes but I had to return them. I think a size larger would work but you did not have them available at this time.

OMGosh.....these shoes were wonderful right out of the box. Felt just like bedroom slippers. One has to love Ecco's - just one of the best brands out there.

To me the shoe lack support and structure. The sides of the shoe hit my ankle bone and the back was too high...definitely the usual Ecco fit.

I was excited to try these on when they arrived. I love ECCO brand shoes and am pretty loyal to them, so I get the same size every time and know that wide isn't really offered, but this was definitely the narrowest shoe I've tried on by them. In fact, I managed to squeeze my feet in, but the overall size felt much smaller than their other shoes (I typically buy the Soft 7 or 8 styles). Because I had to really squeeze, it was difficult to gauge whether there was a comfortable sole or arch support. I was more concerned with how squeezed my foot felt. So, order maybe a half or full size up. This might have worked without socks, but, I needed to replicate what my everyday reality would be with them.

Way too big. Wish they worked for me, very cute. I always wear a size 36 in Ecco shoes and got and Ecco with this order size 36 that was perfect. Disappointed.

The fit on this shoe was off. Length seemed normal for a size 38, problem was the width on the top part of the shoe. Was very large through the top/across instep part of the shoe. Looked odd since this type of shoe should be more fitted/sleek. Not much arch support either for Eccos. Sole of shoe was oversized in the heel as well. Returned.

I have worn Ecco shoes for years. I have never bought a pair on line. I have always bought them after trying them on in a store. BIG mistake buying this pair on line. It is in no way a typical Ecco shoes fits. Toe toe box is very wide even though the heel fit fairly well. There is absolutely no arch support in this shoe. The shoe was so painful after walking in Asheville for 45 minute I had to go into a shoe store and buy a pair of shoes to get me home. Three days later my left foot/ankle still is in pain. This has never happened before. When I got home I through them straight into the trash. Total waste of money. Ecco is off my go to list of comfortable shoes.
